About this house rental
This downstairs unit is situated on the beach side of 39th Street. The house is a few hundred feet / easy walk to the beach (7 doors from the sand) and a 5 minute walk to amazing restaurants, a grocery store and the Newport Beach pier.
Enjoy a true indoor-outdoor lifestyle with a 9 foot bi-fold door connecting the living room to the large tiled patio for outdoor living (over 200 square feet). The patio has a gas BBQ and plenty of seating.
The gourmet kitchen is outfitted with all of the basics to cook a great meal for the family after a fun beach day. We provide some pantry basics including (salt & pepper, cooking oil, starter amount of coffee pods, etc..)
Keep in mind the living room/dining/kitchen is small but you can open the bi-fold doors to the patio which helps give you more living space.
All rooms have flat screen TV's and ceiling fans.
The living room has a remote control gas fireplace and huge TV.
The master bath incorporates a beautiful bathroom with large shower. The second bathroom has a beautiful coastal aesthetic ambiance with tub/shower.
Washer/Dryer in garage for your use (free of charge).
We provide beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, umbrella, coolers, wagon, pop up tent, sand toys, wetsuits and beach cruisers/bikes and more all at no charge.
If you need even more room, rent the beautiful upstairs unit which consists of 4 Bedrooms, 3 bathrooms - Listing #2244419
Renting both units would give you a total of 6 Bedrooms, 5 Bathrooms with 2 kitchens, along with the 2 car garage. Great for large family get togethers or families traveling together. Listing #2258451 (whole property / both units)
Guest who books the house must be at least 28 years old and must be staying at the house (no booking for under age kids).
Please note....this is a downstairs unit. It is possible to hear noise from the upstairs unit (depending on the guests at the time). If you are sensitive to noise, please rent an upstairs unit. Most vacation rentals in Newport are duplexes and most downstairs apartments do have some noise transfer.

36 years of summers at Newport and this unit would rank #1. Everything in the house worked. No issues, clean, hot water, plus they had good beach chairs bikes and other beach toys. In unit laundry. Parking was tight that may be the only slight negative. Next year we will rent the full home up and down

Loved everything about this clean modern beach house! From the clear communication before our trip to the comfy beds, cute beach decor and perfect location, what more can you ask for. There are also 7 beach cruisers with locks for our use along with beach chairs, umbrellas, wet suits, boogie boards, volley balls, etc. Did I mention the perfect location steps from the beach…Very clean and well maintained. Can get a little noisy depending on who is renting upstairs. Garage is tight for two cars but doable, else street parking was easy during spring break.We would definitely stay here again during our next trip to Newport!
