The open-concept layout flows seamlessly into the kitchen and dining area with seating for six. The living room sofa includes a pull-out queen-size inflatable air mattress, providing additional sleeping accommodations for two guests.

KITCHEN & AMENITIES:
The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glassware, flatware, cookware, and bakeware. Both major and small appliances are provided. Major appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, six-burner gas stove with chef-style hood, oven, and microwave. Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, spices, condiments, and additional paper goods. Salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee are provided.

GUEST ACCESS:

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.
Laundry: A washer and dryer are located off the kitchen; laundry supplies are provided.
Parking: Two parking spaces. The covered space on the right side can accommodate a large vehicle. The uncovered space on the left side is suitable for an oversized vehicle or Sprinter van. Street parking, both metered and unmetered, is also available.
Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Beachview Rentals at very reasonable rates. Large ice chests, wagons, Pack' N Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more are available. Contact us for more information.
Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking. This property may only be booked by a guest aged 25 or older.
Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and or recording devices in outdoor spaces and or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
City Tax: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
