About this house rental

Newly purchased beach house. Upstairs unit, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, vaulted ceilings throughout entire house. Just steps to the beach and bay and very close to shopping and restaurants. Two parking spaces in tandem garage. Very large master bedroom suite with large master bathroom.
Master has king bed, bedroom 2 has queen bed and bedroom 3 has full over full bunk beds. Pull out queen sofa in living room. Blow up mattresses available upon request. Beach toys, beach chairs and boogie boards and surfboard included.

We had the top floor. The house is beautiful, bright, & well decorated. Great location…short walk to the beach, coffee shop, restaurants & short drive to the grocery store. Check in was easy & garage parking was tight but doable. Would totally stay there again!

We recently stayed at this property and overall had a comfortable experience. The price was very fair for the area, and the unit was clean and well-kept. That said, I want to highlight a few things that future renters should be aware of.First, I missed that this is an upstairs unit, so if stairs are an issue, it’s something to keep in mind. Also, it’s very important to accurately indicate how many people will be staying at the property when booking.Lastly, this is not the kind of place you’ll want to use for any sort of gathering or to invite guests over, even if they aren’t spending the night. I received a message from the property manager warning that any extra people at the home could violate a city ordinance and would be reported. So while it’s great for a quiet stay, it’s definitely not ideal if you’re hoping to host friends or use it as a hangout spot.Just want to help others book with clear expectations. Thanks again for the stay!

This how was amazing. Plenty of room for 8 people. Pull out couch was comfortable the bunkbeds the kids loved. The other two rooms were very nice and had plenty of room. There was more than enough kitchen supplies. The property manager was very nice and replied back quickly even before we checked in to any questions that I had. It is close to the beach came with all the stuff you need for the beach as well chairs sand toys and boogie boards. Thought parking wasn’t going to be the best but I had a suv and there was a truck in the other spot and still had a decent amount of room. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about my stay.

This house is light, bright and beautifully appointed. Love the soaring ceilings and skylights. The beds are comfortable. There is a small deck off the living room and another off the master bedroom. The beach, boardwalk and restaurants are all within walking distance. We rented bikes on 20th street. Highly recommend!

I stayed here with 5 girlfriends over the weekend and the property was perfect - such a cute and nice location that is less than a 5 minute walk from the beach and close to lots of restaurants. This is the upper unit of a duplex but it felt very private from the tenants below us. The place was beautiful and spotless and had everything we needed to make meals together and have a great time - the only thing that was missing was filtered water, so make sure to bring your own! This lovely 3-bedroom house was perfect for our family beach getaway. The home is just a short walk to the beach and was well stocked, very clean, with comfortable beds. There's plenty of room to relax and eat together after a fun day at the beach.

This is an updated 2nd story space with many beach amenities, fun beach decor, super comfortable beds and well-appointed bathrooms. The owner was very responsive. Because it is a beach town, parking is a bit challenging but "doable". The allotted 2 garage spots work with good communication with the 1st floor renters who get the other side of the garage.

The property is very well located, clean and extremely pleasant. It is well equipped and the layout is excellent for two couples or a family. Two blocks from the beach, the property has all that is needed for a fun vacation. It is also a ten minute walk to get groceries and other provisions. All in all, it was a great weekend stay.

This gorgeous property was even more breathtaking in person and was enjoyed by all members of our party! The house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay including an air mattress, extra beach towels, blankets and a stocked kitchen. I was so pleased with this property! I am super picky about cleanliness and this met my standards. It is very modern and bright. Wendy is very responsive and nice. It's well equipped with towels, kitchen items, and utensils. Even in the bathrooms, you have shampoo and conditioner and body wash, which is very convenient. They have a bunch of sand toys, boogie boards and surfboards. The only feedback I have is, bring your own boogie boards as they are pretty worn, but other than that, I highly recommend this rental!!

Spent a week here (family of 5 incl. 3 teenagers) and could not have been happier! The property was extremely clean (a must!) and spacious. Huge master bathroom with walk-in closet. Well furnished with beach towels, chairs, boogie boards & surf board. Amazing beach is 1 block away, so easy to walk back for food/restroom. Fantastic grocery & liquor store 6 blocks away - easy walk! Proprietor was super friendly and responsive - wonderful to deal with! Would absolutely rent from her again!

My family of five really enjoyed our stay at this upstairs duplex unit. It’s only about a block and a half from the beach, an easy five minute walk. It has everything you need: chairs, umbrella, beach towels, etc. It’s pretty close to Balboa Ave so you do get some road noise. We ran the fan at night though, so it wasn’t a problem. We had a wonderful breeze keeping the place cool the whole time. The kitchen is stocked with a million dishes. You’ll need to bring your own condiments though including salt and pepper. There is a drawer full of Tupperware, which is nice to have. Because it has really high ceilings, it felt spacious and airy. Wendy, the owner, was really helpful and responsive. One small issue we had was resolved within minutes. I would definitely rent this place again!
