With two private balconies, perfect for sipping morning coffee while watching the sunrise or unwinding with an evening cocktail as the ocean breeze flows through.
With an open-concept living and dining area, this home is ideal for gathering friends and family. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and ample counter space for preparing meals at home. - We try our best to keep updated on remodels/construction happening around our vacation units. However, construction can pop up anytime in the City of Newport Beach without notice. N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction.
