Roomy and proximity to 2 metros and some restaurants and shops

We booked the apartment for 6nights for 4 people on a business trip. Only 1 floor towel was provided for the entire week in each bathroom. Not enough toilet paper for 4 people just a roll each in the 2 bathrooms. No one came through to clean the entire time we stayed. Only 1 key provided for access into the apartment which was quite inconveniencing

Horrific cockroach invested appartment with not hearing!

Location

Absolutely everything! Do not stay at this cockroach infested apartment with no heating with the owner not be contactable- contact number’s not reachable only communication via e-mail. Rooms were not cleaned up on check in. Pipe work exposed with sharp edges in main bathroom and windows do not open so poor ventilation. See my wife’s asthma off and ruined my 50th birthday.

Tivemos diversos problemas , o principal foi que não conseguíamos entrar no apartamento na noite , código nunca dava e quando voltamos da Disney , não conseguíamos entrar e quando acionei o proprietário o mesmo disse para eu procurar um lugar para passar a noite porque não tinha como ir nos atender …. Simplesmente inaceitável !!!!

Cet appartement est un scandal,sale, dangereux,mal équipé, photos mensongères de la part de Booking, très mal reçu dans la résidence car Ils ne veulent pas de réservation Booking. Nous avons passé un très mauvais séjour et aujourd'hui Booking ne nous répond pas à nos appels.

L'appartement,la résidence et la situation géographique. La literie n'était pas propre, nous avons été piqués à plusieurs reprises,la pharmacienne nous a confirmé que c'était des petites bêtes et non des moustiques. Apparemment très dangereux pour un bébé de 19 mois.

Nada, la verdad que me siento estafada por booking y por los propietarios del apartamento, muy sucio lleno de cucarachas, intentas que te llamas para atención al cliente 24 y nadie contesta y ni se responsabilizan, me causó una alegia impresionante, aun estoy mirando de proseder a medidas legales

A nadie Le gusta que Le estafen por cara y ensima que te causen enfermedades, Booking tiene que ser más responsable con lo pública, es la primera vez que reservo en Booking y me pasa algo tan grave, salir enferma, por tantas mugre y ensima alquilan pisos viejos lleno de cucarachas, espero todos vean este mensaje y lleven cuidado con lo que publica Booking, hay descuido y descontaron, lamento por el por que Le conozco, espero haga algo para mejorar, quiero decir que dejaron en los armario ropa de cama sin lavar que apestaban los armario lleno de ropa en bolsas de basuras, labitro sin limpiar como todo, que mal lo pasamos las plato de lucha sin limpiar al igual que el lavamano en fin

Ubicacion buena, cerca de metros y bus. Buena relación calidad precio. Las habitaciones bien.

La calefacción no funcionaba porque los radiadores estaban cerrados y algunas llaves rotas tuvimos que abrirlos, aunque en algún caso no fue fácil. Echamos de menos más menaje de cocina.
