Receptionist who makes false claims against guests and wrongfully calls the police on them and laughs at you with other guests.

Great location away from the bustling

Bed is really comfortable. Happy to have a microwave to use for a late night snack. Location was pretty convenient to many good food, bakery and pasteries. Couple of supermarket options by walking distance. And self laundry mart just behind.

Rooms are not soundproof, so you will hear guests walking and talking. The shower area was small. No lift, so careful for people with heavy luggage.

Good location close to eateries and metro access, excellent room for price, would stay again.

Room was clean and the internal facilities were good. There was no reception at arrival so we were not able to alter the time we had estimated when booking. We found the baggage storage on site useful.

The location in OK

Not soundproof at all, I could get any sleep, weird staff most of the time, bad cleanliness, not enough space in the room, very small luggage room, very late check in and no options for an earlier check in, impossible to get any sleep at night, hotel washroom is the tiniest I’ve ever seen, hotel facilities not working. Cheap sketchy hostel rather than a hotel.

Small but lovely apartment in the suburbs but bring your walking shoes.

We liked that it was an apartment with an equipped kitchen so we could prepare some of our own meals and there was a supermarket close by. The bed was very comfortable. There was a pantry where we could replenish any of the provided supplies we needed and a water station where we could get cold still or sparkling water.

The lift didn’t inspire confidence though it did work adequately and the stairs were uneven and some sloped forward which made you feel like you might fall down them. Our air conditioning broke during our stay and was not repaired. Although a fan was provided it did not really cool the room adequately. The location of the property was further from public transport than we expected.

In general it was not a great experience. But besides all that the location and the bed is fine!

Location was great!

- before we arrived they make us do all these check-in stuff through email. I filled out everything but then they keep sending an alert that I haven’t done it. When I emailed them, they said “you can ignore the email, we got everything we need”. And then when we checked in on the day of the arrival, the reception guy was rudely saying “why you have not complete your check-in properly?” Everyhting is just very confusing and not clear - they put us in the wrong room and the reception mentioned us to complain to Bookingcom instead of them. We booked the upper floor with street view and they gave us ground floor with inner building view. (Luckily Bookingcom refunded us the difference!) - the room was not 100% clean, there was a quite big spider in the room.

Overall, thank you for making my stay very comfortable and pleasant.

The location is perfect, 5-6 min walk from the closest metro station, in a quiet neighhood with a park view. Room is cozy and good size with nice nature light from the window. The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful.

Just need a bit of extra clean the next day. The floor was not vacuumed.

Could have been much better.

Apartment was clean at the start of my stay, bed was comfortable and staff were accommodating and responsive.

I took a shower and the shower drain immediately clogged and overflowed into the bathroom. The staff were responsive and came up to assess the situation immediately by giving me towels to soak up the water and assuring me that a plumber would come by to fix the drainage the next morning. Not only did the plumber never arrive to fix the drainage, but the cleaners never removed the towels that were soaking up the water. As such, it created a powerful mildew scent which emanated throughout the entire unit and the bathroom remained out of commission for the rest of my stay.

people were very helpful speaking my native language (Spanish) when I arrived there. I liked that you have a common place where you can take coffee, toilet paper, clean towels.... Small kitchen with all amenities is provided that gives more flexibility than old school hotels.

Very comfortable room with mini kitchen in quiet residential location close to Metro

Excellent location in quiet residential area, only 5 minute walk from Metro. Decent size room, good coffee machine, comfortable bed, modern decor.

Main drawback was that my room was on the ground floor with a window overlooking an inner courtyard. The view was not very nice and need to keep curtains closed to have some privacy. Kitchen utensils were a bit limited (no bowls for cereal), but otherwise clean and ok. Oh... and WAY too many e-mails received from Sonder who run this hotel. Before, during, after it does not stop.

We did not know how to turn heat on and room was cold. The last night person came and showed us how to turn it on. The previous person didn’t know how nor did cleaning staff.

Horrible, stay away!

If I knew before booking that Sonder had their stupid "all online" system, I wouldn't have chosen this. Never will I use Sonder hotels again. They don't have permanent staff on site and when people are present, they tell you to email or use the app to address the problems you have. Horrible to deal with normal operations. Now for the room itself. Safe not working, hair dryer not working. Check-in early not taken in consideration despite the confirmation email (you have to wait at the door of your room and no one to help you!). They don't clean the room, they only give you new towels if you ask and empty the trash. If you want your room cleaned, you have to email and pay a supplement. I unfortunately stayed several days and ran every day into new clients who faced similar problems and displeased about the no staff on site. Stay away from Sonder!

Lovely property but stay would have been so much easier if there was always staff on-site

Great location in a quiet residential area and 5 mins to metro or easy walk to many attractions. Nice modern well equipped room and very clean. Comfy bed! Good local amenities.

Not keen with the online check in system- it didn’t work for me so I had to call to sort it out before arriving. Even though there is supposed to be staff on-site I only saw someone once briefly. My room door wouldn’t close when I arrived and no staff to help so I had to phone the remote support team. The lights in the bathroom weren’t working neither was the safe - again no staff on-site to speak to about it! On check out I left my luggage stored in the luggage area (as I was told over the phone I could) and when I came back to pick it up to depart Paris I couldn’t get into the building and had to make yet another call to the support team ( who to be fair were very helpful but it’s just a real pain!).

If you are staying here, make sure you don't get an apartment on the ground floor. Various staff members sitting right next to the ground floor rooms were talking very loudly on the phone late into the night (even after midnight) and also very early in the morning (starting at 5 am!). It was annoying and disturbed our sleep many times.

Nicely refurbished room with nice view over the park. I took the studio with balcony and it was quite big which I liked.

I found the online check-in experience cumbersome. In particular, I found Sonder is asking a lot of private information that I was not comfortable sharing but forced to if I wanted to finalize the check in (after I already paid). I would like to know what Sonder is doing with all these data and also how strong their cyber security system is.

I really enjoyed my stay here.

The staff that was super helpful and friendly, room was new and very clean, online checkin and checkout was super easy through the app. Also, I loved the location, it was in a very peaceful and quiet area, but just a walking distance from the Eiffel Tower. I would definitely stay here again!

Exceptional

Ann, the receptionist and runner of things was extraordinary. My phone was stolen on the metro and she helped me to do emergency calling and emailing. She also helped me with my luggage, and was an all around savior for my travels. There are not enough words to thank the staff at Hotel Residence Quintinie Square for their daily help and kindness.
