    The hotel was very nice and in total was highly satisfactory. The rooms were nice, quite similar to the descriptions and pictures provided in their listing. The hotel is located directly opposite a police station, which gives a reassuring sense of security.

    I recently stayed at a Novotel hotel in Paris, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The most immediate issue was a persistent unpleasant smell throughout the hotel, including the room. It made the stay uncomfortable and gave the impression that cleanliness and ventilation were not being properly managed. To make matters worse, the air conditioning was not working during my stay. Considering how important climate control is for comfort—especially after long days of travel—this was a major drawback. The room felt stuffy and difficult to relax in. What stood out the most, however, was the lack of support from the staff. When I approached them to help correct an issue with my booking dates, they were not helpful and showed little willingness to resolve the problem. Instead of offering solutions, I felt dismissed, which added unnecessary stress to the stay. Overall, this experience did not meet the standard I would expect from a Novotel property. Basic comfort issues combined with poor customer service made it hard to enjoy the trip

    Overall, I had a pleasant 7-day stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with the metro station and several bus stops just a short walk away, making it very convenient to get around the city. My stay was booked as two separate reservations, so I had to renew my room access cards midway through the stay. It would be even better if the hotel could seamlessly link consecutive bookings to make the experience more convenient for guests. I chose not to have daily housekeeping but requested room cleaning on the fourth day. The room was cleaned nicely however the bedsheets were not changed. It would be a nice improvement if the linens could be replaced during after a few days.
