Good place to be.

Location is perfect. 30 minutes walk to the Eiffeltower but for the lazy ones the metro is 10 steps from the hotel. It's not a noisy surrounding which is good for your nights. Employees are friendly. The outdoor atmosphere in this area is convenient.

Maybe for some it's disturbing to hear the metro. It sounds like thunder lightning far far away. You get used to it. It stops in the night.

Lovely staff who were so friendly and helpful. The room was fabulous with a comfortable bed. It is so convenient for the metro and buses, but also easy walking to the Eiffel Tower and other attractions. The birthday balloons and decorations were so nice, they made it a really special occasion!

Our adapter wasn't a great fit for the plug sockets, and there were limited USB charging points. It would be nice to have had one nearer the bed, but it wasn't really an issue.

It was a pleasure to spend a couple of nights in the hotel.

The hotel is located at a super convenient location where Metro station is just in front of the hotel’s gate and many bus stops are nearby. The window is big and bright. The staff are very friendly and easygoing.

Breakfast could be improved if more fresh cooked items are available, such as Omelets.

Good, but could be better.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was okay, the walk to the Metro wasn't bad and the neighborhood was nice. The room is very small from what I understand that's very typical in Paris. And it could have been cleaner for sure. But they were very accommodating for my wife's birthday leaving us gifts and setting up flowers for me in the room.

It definitely wasn't as clean as you'd want it to be. The bathroom had mold and the coffee maker water pot was full of green algae from not being cleaned. Unfortunately we didn't learn this until after we'd used it a couple times. 😬

Did not meet expectations

Stylish and clean small hotel. Nepresso machine and toiletries were added bonus.

Rooms very small and claustrophobic. Noise early morning due to traffic and nearby school. Noise at night due to late bar nearby. Small foyer with limited seating.Very limited bar service.

Fast check in and check out, great administration. Quality of bed linen, pillows and mattress. Excellent faucets and plumbing, cleanliness of the room.

Table leg was barely hanging on, the paint on the baseboards is peeling off in places, the TV is hanging crookedly. Women hair on shower holder.

Friendly staff and excellent location near train and lots of shops. Rooms were comfortable, clean, and small which isn’t unusual.

Room was not ready upon check in and had to wait over an hour.

Sweet hotel with a great locatio

The service was amazing, the staff is nice really accommodating. We had a cute little balcony in our room with a direct view to la tour montparnasse, which brought so much charme to the whole stay.

It was a little odd that the door closes at some point in the evening and you have to ring the bell so that the concierge needs to open. We did not know that we should do that so it was weird. Probably a card reading device at the front door would be an option.

Beautiful, friendly, clean, well equipped hotel stay!

Excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Nice location to subway, some walking was a little far but we expected that so it was fine. Paris is a great city for walking! Shower and tub were both great, room was a very good size, with a closet, too!

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference. Great location — easy to get around and close to key spots. It’s a bit pricey if you’re just using it to sleep, but hey, it’s Paris! Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Well priced place for staying in Paris center

Very good surprise for first time trip here. Very convenient for Montparnasse station and Paris center. Personnel very friendly.

Although upgraded the room was a little bit small for my taste but good for the price. One lift for 6 floor plus basement ( breakfast) means you may have to wait a little bit before going up or down.

Lovely hotel away from the very busy centre of Paris, but got there in a couple of metro stops

`Our room was really lovely very tastefully decorated and fresh The breakfast was okay. Would have liked more choices of fresh fruit but overall it suited me as I had the same breakfast as at home.

The only thing we didn't like was the room in the room we kept banging our heads going round the bed. But they gave us another room and it was just perfece

Our stay at Hotel Yllen Eiffel was very pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was not bad — just a short walk from metro stations and local cafes. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the breakfast was simple but satisfying. Overall, it was a convenient and comfortable experience for a short stay in Paris. Would recommend for business or short leisure trips.

The staff was exceptional. They couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful. Very gracious.

There was nothing not to like. It's a small hotel so you were always greeted pleasantly and any question you had was answered promptly. The rooms were exceptionally clean. The hotel is in a residential area but directly across from a metro station so getting around the city was no problem.

It’s at 1 min from the metro station so very convenient Our room was very clean, all amenities needed and quite modern, bed very comfortable, we didn’t hear anything from the street or other rooms Good value for money - but probably only because we got ups graded to a bigger room

It's ok, but not worth the money.

The location is great. Next to the metro station, perfect for a weekend in Paris. The lady who does the breakfast is awesome, super friendly, always smiling. She really tried to make an effort. Same thing for the guy who did the nightshift.

It's overpriced. Absolutely not 4 stars. We had an "upgrade" that wasn't really an upgrade. Ok room was very small, but that's Paris. The bathroom was ok, no ventilation, so it's was very dense. When you flush, you won't have cold water until the WC is filled up again. So the shower get hot immediately. Breakfast was ok, not many variety, bread was hard and dry, coffee was bad.
