Bed was really comfy, air con was amazing in the heat wave, room was spacious and lift to the floors was helpful!
We asked for an iron and there was no board so I used the desk awkwardly and without much success.
The shower was tiny but water pressure was good so was fine for us but my parents would have struggled if staying here.

The location was perfect, the staff kind and welcoming. The room very clean too.
The heating was not up to task to be honest. You want to take a shower and relax after a whole day of sightseeing but the room was pretty cold, and for a two day stay you couldn't get it up to be warm, and it was turned off in the middle of the day when we were off which I find most hotels do.

It was decently cosy, i only spent the night, so that was sufficient. Bed was nicely firm. Location was also very nice.
Bathrooms had mold, not pleasant to shower. Spent minimum amount in the bathroom.
