Staff were very friendly and view of Eiffel Tower from the roof top bar were lovely, lovely clean rooms. Great little neighbourhood.

Location was really good, not too central but central enough for a nice walk. Close to restaurants, bars, bakeries and coffee shops etc.
Very clean and the facilities were great.
Car parking was great.
Finding the car park was a bit of a hassle and needs better signage however very pleased with the car parking facilities.
Room was very warm, air-con wasn't as effective as it could be.

Nothing much
The AC in the room was not cooling enough. This made our stay very uncomfortable and not worth it at all. In the process could not sleep properly.
The staff response was delayed and they didnt seem bothered about our discomfort. Outside temperaturw was better than inside thw room. Even after putting the AC on 18degrees, it appeared it was barely working.
On top of that all 3 lifts were also not working.
