The fact that the hotel was 'eco' with refillable water bottles, own coffee machine inside room, and a complete breakfast included. Close and convinient to the Porte De Versailles Expo if you are doing an exhibition. It has a metro station just outside, and tram station. Great for Uber & taxi pick up also.
The location was confusing because when I got to the metro station Porte De Versailles you have another Novotel next to the Porte De Versailles Expo. I then had to take a cab to the 'suites' hotel. When people book you should let them know and so they do not show up at the other hotel.

Nothing in particular that stands out, i felt it wasn’t worth the money.Its not a hotel, its kind of service apartments
The breakfast was COLD, everything was cold, other than coffee and toast. I would rate the breakfast 2.5/5

Excellent location, very close to transport options. All major attractions with in 15 mins travel time.
Spacious Room, very clean. Many halal options in the area.
Though I understand the staff was under pressure due to full occupancy, the way they initially handled the non availability of room was a bit disappointing. With a pregnant wife, waiting too long is difficult and I wish the staff had shown a little more empathy. Still overall we were happy with the stay.

Perfect Location: Extremely close to the metro.
Quiet: Very peaceful environment for sleeping.
Poor Value: The high price definitely doesn't correspond to the level of service.
Cleanliness Issues: Triple room only had two cups, and they were dirty/unwashed from previous guests.
Maintenance: The shower was clogged and drained poorly
