    Their staff is amazing. I got some minor problem during check in and they show up in 5mins. Excellent service quality. Their self check in instruction and support is also excellent. I had a self check in hotel in La Spezia few days ago which made me worried. However, Numa's staff changed my perception on self check in. Thank you so much

    Location is great. Place is clean. Unfortunately, we received an email before arrival that the air conditioning was down. The hotel provided us with 2 fans. Staff is responsive via WhatsApp and trying to solve all issues. A good will discount of 25% was given after the stay.

    The rooms were very comfortable, overlooking the canals. Walking distance to HardRock Cafe, St Mark's Square and lovely treats nearby. Checking in as well as checking out was very easy

    The check-in process was a nightmare. There was no on-site staff, and the WhatsApp number connected me to a chatbot. Although I was told a live agent would assist me, I waited over an hour for a response. The location was excellent, but the room had flies, there was no housekeeping during my stay, and the bed sheets had stains. Overall, a disappointing experience aside from the location.
