The location was excellent and the service was exceptional - 110% ABOVE AND BEYOND!! Prior to our stay, Marina did everything possible to ensure our entry into Venice was smooth-sailing and that we were able to store our luggage safely, given our early arrival. The location was outstanding - so convenient, which allowed us to come and go throughout the day. We would definitely stay again!!

The room looks beautiful, the staff is very friendly.
Unfortunately the noise isolation is very poor, and both late at night and early in the morning (around 6am) there is a lot of noise coming from the streets.
Also, the room gets very smelly (a mix of fried food and sewage), possibly from the restaurants nearby.
It's a pity, because the room itself is a 10/10.

We loved the location. It is very close to San Marco and lots of things. The staff is very nice and kind. The breakfast was a delight in the morning.
We did not like the very noisy air conditioner that sits on the floor of the room. It also takes up valuable space. The room was extremely small and the bathroom is great if you like to brush your teeth while sitting on the toilet.
