Our stay at Antico Casin, during our son’s university matriculation in Venice, was exceptional. The property is ideally situated just moments from the San Marco Giardinetti docks and St. Mark's Square. Our room was maintained to an impeccable standard and featured all requisite amenities. Notably, our experience was greatly enhanced by the hostess, Drazenka, whose warm hospitality and proactive assistance were invaluable. For those seeking a convenient and highly accommodating residence, we strongly recommend this establishment.
Everything was perfect.

Excellent location, within walking distance of St. Mark’s Square, shops, cafés and boat stops. Beautifully renovated, clean and pleasant. The biggest plus was Drazenka, the manager, warm, professional and exceptionally helpful. She even came to meet us at the boat.
No lift: 27 steps to the first floor and another 18 to the second, which can be difficult with heavy luggage or mobility issues. No significant view from the rooms and no staff available late at night.
