This is a wonderful hotel, romantic, centrally located, with a gracious and accommodating staff. The rooftop balcony with service is worth the stay alone. If you visit Venice, treat yourself and stay here.

Hotel Firenze is tucked away in a quiet alleyway right in the centre of Venice where all the designer shops are. You can’t get a better location. The location isn’t just what makes this hotel a great choice though - it’s the incredible, personal service you get from the beautiful staff who work there. They go above and beyond to help and really made our stay in Venice wonderful. I love the authentic boutique style of the hotel - really helps to immerse yourself in the true Venice style. If this place is available, don’t hesitate, it’s a fantastic option at a good price point.

The hotel is located really close to St. Mark Square. It’s next to high-end shopping and restaurants. Quick walk to water bus terminal. Breakfast was basic but the service was great. The staff is excellent and very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Hotel Firenze is a nice small hotel within walking distance of many of the sites a first time traveler to Venice would want to see. The concierge service we needed for transport from the port at Funsia and to Marco Polo airport via water taxi was excellent. The complementary breakfast very nice, and the rooftop terrace is a great place to see Venice at night or eat a carry-in lunch. The bonus for me was getting gardening tips with the lovely lady who tends the terrace garden.

Hotel Firenze is truly a hidden gem in the heart of Venice! If you are lucky enough to find availability here (they are often fully booked!), you’re in for a wonderful stay. The location is perfect — steps away from everything you want to see — and the staff are incredibly helpful. Don’t hesitate to ask them for anything you need or recommendations on what to do; they go above and beyond to make your stay special. I only wish I had spent more time in Venice — I can’t wait to return, and I would absolutely stay at Hotel Firenze again!

Hotel Firenze was a delightful place to stay in close proximity to St Marks Square and all the places to visit as well as transport hubs. The staff were absolutely lovely with night staff on our arrival very helpful and the lovely Claudia taking time to draw lots of places to visit and things to do. The room was very Venetian in styling, compact and spotless with lots of little treats left for us every day...lovely. Continental breakfast was served by staff from and impressive array of foods , with delicious pastries to finish off! Not quite warm enough to use the lovely roof terrace but overall a great hotel to base yourself to explore city.

A little tricky to find but a wonderful property. Reception are incredibly kind and willing to answer any questions and offer suggestions. Very close to the water taxi and ferry line as well as all the sights and incredible food. The rooftop is also a really nice spot to enjoy a drink or snack. It’s not the quietest especially on a weekend night but that’s what you get being in the heart of the shopping area and piazza. But overall a wonderful stay.

Lovely room with beautiful Venetian decor. The location is literally next to San Marco square and it’s in the middle of the high end shopping area of town. We had no issue navigating from the train station to the hotel and back. Everything is in walking distance and as a result we didn’t have to make use of the water taxi or the buses. The complementary breakfast was just right and has its unique way of serving you. Recommended.

A comfortable very small hotel with comfortable well appointed rooms. Excellent touch of little complimentary treats of chocolate, fruit and water in the room. Breakfast was tasty with excellent freshly made caffe latte. It was a little uncomfortable having to ask for the food to be selected for you but I think the area was a little small for everyone to be choosing for themselves. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in a great location, 1 minute walk to St Macro square and lots of shops, restaurants. The stuffs are very friendly and breakfast is really good. Room is not big but very clean and good size for 2 of us.

Our room was terrible. Had to step up a foot into the bathroom which was so small. No room to put anything and bedding and furniture needs a refresh. So disappointed. Location was great, staff helpful, but felt we were being punished with that room!

Very friendly, knowledgeable, and respecting staff. Hands down the best staff on all 6 hotels I stayed at for this Italy trip. Hotel wise, it is in a great location for the 1st timer to Venice; it provides thoughtful little things like welcome snacks and chocolate on every room clean (good brand chocolate too), and breakfast takeaway bag if you have to leave early and cannot make it to the included breakfast. My only complain maybe the format of the buffet, you have to ask for what you want instead of getting your own, but seems hotel outsources that function so not so much in their control.

The Dining area needs more room, as well as the tables are pretty small and very close to each other as no room to move. You definitely need a toaster as most Canadians and other travelers need their bread toasted. Besides your bread was like a rock.. The choices were not that bad in terms of breakfast. The rooms were very nice. Satellite TV could use more English Channels on the TV as I only came across 1
