My wife and I spent four nights at the Baglioni Luna Hotel and it was truly memorable. While it is undeniably expensive, we felt it was worth every euro. The location is unbeatable—just around the corner from St Mark’s Square, ideal for exploring Venice.
Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very quiet, perfect for unwinding after long days walking the city.
The breakfast room is absolutely breath-taking—a stunning, frescoed space that feels like dining in a Venetian palace.
What really sets this hotel apart is the outstanding service. The staff noticed that the dates of my reservation didn’t match our flights or transfer arrangements. They contacted me and helped sort everything.
If I had one critique, it would be that the website displays a beautiful terrace which, I believe is only attached to a single suite—not a facility available to most guests. It would be helpful if this were made clearer.
Overall, a superb hotel with exceptional staff. We would happily return

We've been to Venice many times and have family there. This is the first time staying at the Baglioni and it did not disappoint. We upgraded to a Suite overlooking the Venetian Lagoon and it was simply amazing. The Breakfast Buffet was great with a wide variety of breakfast fare. We could even order off a breakfast menu as my wife isn't too keen on buffets. We had previously booked a Glass Blowing Demonstration in Murano that my family had made, and the Hotel offered their private Water taxi to get all 6 of us over to Murano and back without any costs. We highly recommend the Baglioni and are looking forward to returning to stay there soon.
