Disappointing. Only stayed 2 out of the 3 nights booked due to the issues.

Sofa was broken and needed legs repairing and owner knew beforehand. TV did not work. No hot water.

Scammers !!!

Hello, I stayed at this property from July 12th to 13th for one night. I paid for the night, and the owner also asked me for a deposit. I made the deposit payment and was told it would be refunded within 7 working days. To this day, I have not received any refund. We have had no contact with the owner at all, so in reality, we were scammed. I definitely do not recommend this place. The bed was broken, the slats were damaged, the bathroom light didn’t work at all, the fridge smelled awful, and the cabinets were completely greasy. I don’t recommend it. Be careful — it’s simply a scam.

Chalet number F17

A nice location and a well set out site, with plenty of amenities and garden areas. There is a deposit to pay before accessing the chalet, to pay for electricity and bedding if required, and in the event of accidental damage you could lose its return, as l unfortunately found out.

We only booked for an overnight stay, so unfortunately the check-in/ check out times didn't suit our plans. But after a quick phone call we were allowed in the chalet 3 hours before the normal time, we did appreciate this gesture.

Absolutely mortified with the owners actions

We booked this lodge thinking it was pet friendly an it wasn’t so nothing

The apartment so they call it was apparently pet friendly however when we got there it wasn’t! The bathroom was tiny the shower you couldn’t move in it! There was so many more costs we didn’t know about prior to booking I had no choice to pay for! The owner was sarcastic and rude! Owner accused me of being a liar! We got there an it wasn’t for us left and received a message the next day calling me a liar! Big sign on the wall not to let pets on furniture! No covers on bedding! Had to pay extra for towels Had to pay extra for electric also! When I asked for my deposit back from the owner I had to chase him all day long for him to not send until the 7th day at gone 9pm at night! I’ve added pictures to prove this

Unclean Paid extra for dirty bedding 30degress like a sweat box with no A/C Spare fold out bed all slats broken had to put our 4 year old in bed with us as not fit for a small child After booking being told that there’s extra fees for bedding and £100 deposit that needs paying before you can have the keys. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS WHO DO NOT REDFUND THE DEPOSIT. Oh and have to pay for electric usage

Our 2 nights away

We loved how cosy it was, clean n airy, and how close it was to all amenities, was perfect for our 2 nights stay 😊 We didn't need to cook in the holiday let, as we found places to eat, all very reasonable... We loved Mablethorpe n hoping to be back real soon. The beaches are something else......

We thought there was WiFi included but wasn't life threatening 😂we managed... Wasn't any air conditioning (or least we couldn't find it) but again we managed.... The kickboard at the bottom of the unit fell off twice, when I was washing cups up...

I informed the host about a stained mattress protector however this wasnt a big issue as we used all our own bedding. Also cutlery was in the dishwasher I initially thought it was missing! A note from the cleaning team saying cutlery was in dishwasher would be a good idea to inform visitors.

3days away with grand kids

Very clean. We'll equipped chalet. Had everything you needed.bedroom was very good with draws and wardrobe. Had everything in kitchen, fridge, microwave, kettle. TV

Couldn't get in till 4. Rang them up at 4.20 as hadn't received code for the key. Payed £7 for bedding and towel. Which was really good, but had to make beds up on arrival. Also had to take picture of the smart metre to see how much I had used. Nice clean site but a long walk into Mablethorpe

Great Value for an Off Peak Overnight Stay

Great location very near the beach within a quiet soothing area. Well organised accommodation with all round clean rooms and comfortable bed and furnitures. Spacious apartment for a family with two toddlers. Thoughtful kitchen appliances and equipments. Hosts offer prompt and clear guidance to help us settle in well.

Pleasant stay away

Perfect for a couple. Everything is close by and perfect for all ages. The accommodation was cosy and perfect for two, and the dog. Everything needed was catered for.

Sofa was very hard, not easy to relax or sit on when you have been walking all day. Bed was also very uncomfortable. I woke up multiple times, both of us aching.

Absolutely awful!!

Absolutely nothing it stinks of damp sand all over the floor the pull out bed was very uncomfortable even my kids couldn’t sleep on it. It was awful.

Everything!! You have to sit on the toilet nearly to open the fridge!! The smell as you walk if is awful it’s so damp. We have all coughed for a week after our stay. The bath towels were hand towels. WE PAID £100 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WHICH WE DIDNT GET BACK (I cleaned it better than we found it as I needed the money back) reply to every message until you leave

The property was unclean. The shower was quite bad with rust. Didn’t want to use it. The owner took a bong from me and claimed we had broken things in the chalet which were all ready broken and refused to pay back my bond money

It was clean and well maintained the property is modern on the inside and located an a campsite with a fantastic pub the owners were very accommodating and patient as this was a last minute booking. I would recommend and will be stopping again

Very clean and the bed was really comfy. The property has WiFi and also Netflix which you can use. There was a welcome pack for us and also one for the dog. There are lots of cleaning products, hand soap, washing up liquid etc at the property for your use which was brilliant

AVOID AT ALL COSTS IT'S CHEAP FOR A REASON- Hidden fees and deposit they want to keep hold of

Absolutely rude staff all they are interested in is claiming extra money from hidden fees they add after booking.com. I know for a fact the owners will reply to this review as it is quite similar to others! We indeed did unexpectedly leave blood stains which could have been washed out but instead charged us half the deposit. They said they are high quality Dunelm which are clearly cheap nasty old linen! We got accused of sexual activity as a ruse to say it was vandalism! Other people have said the linen was stained so they clearly do not replace anything and pocket the money.! I would have paid for laundry fees but no they decided to steal half my deposit!

Great little chalet which has all the mod cons. Bedroom is large and the bed is comfortable. Close to the site bar which had live entertainment.

We liked everything about the chalet, it was a lovely suprise, even Betty our dog got a little goody bag, the chalet was spotless, couldn't fault it in any way, next time we are going to book a longer stay, a short walk to the beach and about a 10 to 15 minute walk into the town, would highly recommend. Looking forward to out next visit

The chalet was spotless.had everything we needed.and the owners were amazing kept us up to date with everything all the time and made our arrival run smoothly.lovely little dog treats for our boy.we wish we could have stayed longer.so we will be going back.
