Located in the sought-after Cape Shores community of Lewes, Delaware, 4 DeBraak Landing is a spacious, multi-level beach home just steps from the bay beach, fishing pier, and community pool. Exciting renovations are planned for this winter, bringing a brand-new kitchen, an expanded open-concept living space, a convenient new second-floor entrance, and additional full bathrooms. Second Floor – Main Living Area
The main living level will feature the renovated kitchen and a more open connection to the living room, creating a welcoming space for preparing meals, gathering with family, and enjoying time together. The dining area opens onto a large screened porch, perfect for outdoor meals or relaxing after a day at the beach
This level also includes two bedrooms and two full baths, including a primary bedroom, along with the main living and dining spaces. The new exterior staircase will provide convenient access from the driveway directly to this floor.
Third Floor – Additional Bedrooms and Great Room
The top floor offers five additional bedrooms, including a new primary suite with a private en-suite bathroom. Two additional shared full bathrooms will serve the other bedrooms on this level, making the home more convenient for larger groups. The spacious great room provides an additional gathering area with a variety of entertainment options, such as a new wet bar area with a sink, microwave and mini fridge.
Ground Level – Extra Space for Fun
The ground level features additional living space, a full bathroom, half bath, TV, and a ping-pong table for friendly competition and family fun. This level also includes a rear patio area with a grilling area. Two kayaks w/life jackets available (please request a key to get access to kayak).
Outside, soak up the sunshine on the front balcony or take in beautiful bay and lighthouse views from the front upper deck. There is a private deck on the upper floor that is perfect for star gazing on a clear night

Important Rental Information
Elevator: There is an elevator for guest use to help bring groceries and luggage to the upper floors!
The owner provides two kayaks for guest use as a convenience. Use of the kayaks is entirely at the guest's own risk.
Linen Package: An optional linen package is available for $323.50 for a one-week stay.
Booking Restrictions:
Seven-night minimum stays are required June through August.
Two-night minimum stays apply January through May and September through December.
Community Pool: Guest pool hours are daily from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pool bands are not required. Per HOA rules, access outside these hours is reserved for homeowners with a designated pool fob. HOA rules and regulations will be provided guest at check in.
Parking: There is parking for 5 cars (1 car in the garage and 4 cars in the driveway). Street parking is available for 2 additional cars but only with the provided community parking permit.

We love staying here! The location is ideal for the Bay beach, Cape Henlopen State Park and the swimming pool. The house is spacious and well-appointed. This was our 10th year staying here, feels like our home away from home!

Quick and efficient last minute booking for the Thanksgiving holiday. Easy check in/key pick up from rental office which was about 4-6 min drive away. Perfectly accommodated a group of 14 adults and 6 kids. Will keep it on our list for future family trips especially since its location is just one block (literally just one row of homes) from the beach. Also about 1 mile away from Cape May - Lewes ferry and nearby many shopping locations. Home is well equipped for large groups with several living room/family style spaces within, which came in handy for the children in our group.

The property was a pleasant place. The cleanliness of the home was mediocre. We found disposable toothpicks in some of the bedrooms and the floor made our feet black....so it seemed to be unwashed. The coffee pot and kettle were melted but functional. We appreciated the screened in porch and everything else.

The home was exactly like the photos. Our favorite features were the location to the pool and bay - it could not have been better! The home was very family friendly and had gates/doors on all stairs. We were unfortunately disappointed in the cleanliness of the property. After three days, we purchased a Swifer mop to assure the floors were reasonably clean for our young kids walking, crawling, dropping binkies, etc. We also had to manage an ant issue on the second and third floors. The vacuum provided needs thrown away, as it could not manage a crushed cracker on the living room area rug.
