The pictures don't do this house justice! It was spacious, open, and had the best back porch. We spent most of our time out there while we were at the house. It was also so easy to get to the beach and go for a run down to Cape Henlopen State Park. Would absolutely recommend this to any group. Thank you for such a good stay!

Beautiful home with close proximity to the beach but we weren't warned of the major construction/demolition taking place next door. Noise started at 7:05am Monday with the entire house shaking. This problem continued for three days straight. Trying to sit on the porches was like being in the middle of the construction (and the porches are awesome). We paid full price and I think in light of this big vacation distraction, we should have received a discount. I asked the owner how can we make things right and was given the run around about how they didn’t know this was happening. It was very clear the construction began long before we arrived.The photos should be updated online to show what is happening. it is not worth paying this amount of money while major construction is going on right on top of this home.
