About this villa rental
Beach Cove Bliss is your 5BR/4BA, bay-view villa in Bethany Beach built for good times with the whole crew (sleeps 16!). Spread out in 2,700 sq ft, then step onto one of six private decks for golden-hour sunsets. Stroll directly across Route 1 crosswalk and in under 5 minutes you are on an uncrowded, pet-friendly beach—no tags, no worries—or launch adventures from the private fishing pier, community pool, canoe/kayak, and 4 adult bikes right out the front door of the villa.
Pool is open from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor day
Inside: a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with new stainless, granite, and generous seating; two living areas with Smart TVs (Bose surround in the great room); fast Wi-Fi; games and puzzles; and Smart TVs in every bedroom.
We’ve thought of the little ones (high chair, booster, Pack ’n Play) and the details (beach chairs/wagons/umbrellas/boogie boards, outdoor shower, gas grill, washer/dryer, extra ice machine, robust 2-zone HVAC, and parking for 4).
Prime location in North Bethany -walk to Delaware Seashore State Park, and minutes to the boardwalk, dining, and shops—plus easy hops to Rehoboth, Dewey, Fenwick & Lewes Ferry Terminal.
Other Things to Know : Saturday check in only (June 19 to Aug 21, 2027) with 7 night minimum.
Linens: As is typical for weekly rentals in Bethany Beach, we do not supply sheets or towels. Most guests prefer to bring their own linens, because it lowers the cost of their nightly fees. However, I’m happy to arrange a trusted local linen services that can deliver everything right to the house for your arrival. Let me know if you’d like that — for a fair additional linens' fee, I can make it happen and make things super easy!
Stairs: Our home spans four stories and does not have an elevator, so if anyone in your group has limited mobility, please keep this in mind to ensure everyone enjoys a comfortable stay.

If you are looking for just beach and no crowds this is the place!!! No fuss with parking and just a walk across the road for the beach:) Plus a designated crosswalk with lights. If you don’t want beach there’s a wading pool to hang out just steps from the door. Garage well equipped with beach wagons, chairs and toys. With a kayak & canoe available to go paddle 100feet from door. Couple of bikes. Or you can go hiking just a mile away at Fresh Pond. Nice shaded trails for the dog. Watch out for Lone Star ticks. The room sizes were good and didn’t we didn’t feel like packed sardines. Kitchen well equipped and grill with utensils. Loved the LARGE kitchen table seating for 10. And 6 more around the island. Plenty of space where friends and family can gather to play games, cards, build a puzzle or just spend time together. The host was awesome! He answered all questions in a very timely manner. He even checked in a couple of times throughout the week to make sure all was going well and if we needed anything. If you don’t want the crowds this is the place to go!!!

Our host was very welcoming. All amenities were in great condition. We were there over the Thanksgiving holiday and loved having a fireplace in the family room/den.
