4500+ square foot, beautifully kept 6 bedroom beach house with bay views located in amenity rich community with golf course and scenic pond just off the back deck. Short drive to Bethany Beach, restaurants, groceries, etc...
Main Level
The main level has an open floor plan with gourmet kitchen, granite counter tops, wood floors, and a custom made dining table that seats 12. The family room contains an audio/video system along with a new high definition flat screen television including Netflix. Connected to the kitchen and family room is a huge enclosed screen porch with dual ceiling fans, lounge style seating and additional dining table so you can enjoy the beautiful views! An open deck area with grill and additional seating adjoin the enclosed porch. There is also a large recreation room on the ground floor with a sectional sofa, hobby/game table and an additional flat screen TV. Two large bedrooms and a full bathroom on the ground floor can be separated from the family room by closing off the access door.
Second Level
Upstairs features four additional bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own private, luxurious bathroom. The large game room features a pool table, flat screen TV, and full size arcade machine with over 600 games (Pac Man, Donkey Kong, Street Fighter, etc)!!! The game room contains 3 built in custom twin size beds and a pull out sofa bed. Your children will never want to leave!

1) THERE IS A MINIMUM RENTAL AGE OF 28 WHICH IS STRICTLY ENFORCED BY THE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION UPON CHECK-IN.
2) BED LINENS AND BATH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED IN ORDER TO KEEP THE CLEANING FEE LOW. LINENS (BEDS MADE) AND TOWELS CAN BE PROVIDED BEFORE CHECK-IN FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE. THIS REQUEST MUST BE MADE 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN. ANOTHER CHEAPER ALTERNATIVE IS TO HAVE CLEAN LINENS AND TOWELS DELIVERED TO THE HOME BEFORE YOU CHECK IN. WE CAN RECOMMEND A LOCAL COMPANY.

Overall it was very nice…..great for the family….very roomy….kitchen had many good tools…we cooked some nice family dinners…nice to have a grill too…beautiful view of the pond and fountain ….in our backyard area…nice screened in porch and deck….kids had fun in the game room area….many nice amenities!! Also enjoyed the pool and hot tub and golf…many beach items in the garage that we used….also very nice….chairs, umbrellas, loved having 2 sets of washers and dryers….would recommend for sure!!!

Oh my goodness! Where do I begin! This home was amazing! It suited our family perfectly with three separate wings for each family yet areas for our family to congregate and be together for meals, games and family get togethers! The enclosed porch was the perfect place for morning coffee and breakfast and I loved that our grandson made his first family breakfast for everyone… pancakes on the grill provided for in the very well equipt kitchen. Everyone had thier own space to gravitate to each afternoon for video games, movies or playing Barbie’s while the adults made dinner. Nights were filled with family games on the back enclosed screened porch after dinner. Everyone enjoyed evenings after the kids went to bed enjoying music and time to catch up before retiring to comfortable beds! Bethany Bay is a beautiful resort where we were able to enjoy golf every morning, the pool or small beach in the river everydsy and quiet evenings in the deck every evening. The kids loved the freedom of being able to be independent to ride thier bikes through the community to the playground and tennis or pickleball courts m. Thus was a first time having a house versus a condo so we enjoyed Having a garage to store bikes, pool and beach paraphernalia m! This was an amazing vacation and home and we can’t wait to go back again next year!
