Great budget location but not for anti-smokers

The pool was great, the beds comfortable, the room (with fridge) fine, nice balcony with table and chairs.

People smoked everywhere, despite it apparently being non-smoking. Our neighbours smoked constantly on their balcony which then drifted into ours. We mentioned the smell of smoke on the corridor to our room, air freshener was used. In the outside kitchen area, everyone smoked too so we didn’t cook anything there. The guy who seemed to speak English wasn’t keen for us to stay by the pool for a few hours after checkout, despite other guests doing it all week. The Wi-Fi only works in the rooms, not in the kitchen or by the pool. I mention all of these details because the property details contradict all of the above.

Lovely stay, great value for money

Just a few minutes away from the beach. Lovely view from balcony. Beds were comfy and air-con was quiet and worked well. Fridge and kettle in room hairdryer & soap in bathroom. Great value for money, got discount on Dubrovnik Boat trip. Lovely pool with plenty of sun beds and very relaxing. Would definitely recommend and return.

Only downside was the walk back was a bit tough in the heat it was July and a heatwave so really hot.

Good value bnb with pool and great sunset view from some rooms

Spacious room with clean functional bathroom and nice sunset views over the bay. Small swimming pool but plenty of loungers and umbrella. 15 minutes easy walk to the old town, 10 minutes to the beach. Very close to a bus stop where you get off from bus number 10 from Dubrovnik. Kettle and fridge in room so you can store snacks.

As mentioned, it's a 10 minute walk to get any food, either from a Cafe or Tommy's supermarket,

Communal kitchen very, very basic and swimming pool closed at 7pm - from where we could have seen the lively sunset and/or had a swim when it was cooler and still light.

We loved everything! Location is great and safe. 5 min from the first beach.

The pool was perfect for our daughters after a day of visits. The view of Cavtat bay from the pool and from our apartment was amazing; we were lucky to see the sunset every evening. The owners are very kind and helpful. Very spacious apartment with everything you need (kitchen towels, soap dish, coffee machine, pans, cutlery, ...) Location is perfect: 5 minutes to the first beach where you have bars/restaurants, day trip departure and water taxi to Dubrovnik.

Good location with an amazing view.

The location was an easy walk into the town, the hill back up was only a little bit tough towards the end but it was manageable. The view from the balcony was amazing. Plenty of deck chairs by the pool to chill at. Very good value for money.

Location and facilities were fantastic owner was extremely helpful and allowed us to keep the room until 17.50 when we had to leave for airport. Check out is in the morning normally

Highly recommend staying at these beautiful apartements

Rooms were spotlessy clean, beds were very comfortable and linen was good quality. Balcony was beautiful as were the views, the pool area and the shared outdoor bbq kitchen area. Owners were fabulous and gave us maps of the local area, attractions and bus routes. Highly recommend a stay here.

Pleasant

The view from the room balcony and the pool was amazing. We also liked that the villa was located near the beach and a 20 minute walk from the city center so we didn't have to use the car around the city. Furthermore a big plus were the hosts, they were very kind.

The pictures of the rooms on the internet and the actual room are not the same. The bathroom was not renovated as the pictures would let you think. So that was a big disappointment that they led us thinking we would get a nicer room that we actually did.

Einfach Klasse, am liebsten sofort wieder.

Super sauber, gepflegte Anlage, mit vielen Pflanzen. Toller Blick. Schöne Poolanlage mit einem Jetstream, besser als jede Massagedüse im Schwimmbad. Besonders nette und hilfsbereite Betreiber. Terrasse mit Gemeinschaftsküche, ideal für Selbstversorger. Parkplätze am Haus zum größten Teil mit Schatten. Der nahe gelegene Strand ist sehr schön und Beach Bars für die Region auch günstig.

Duschvorhang an relativ kleiner Dusche. Viele Treppenstufen.

Wegen der Zimmergrösse und des Lärm nicht zufriedenstellend

Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb von Cavtat, aber man kann in 15 Minuten zu Fuß die Altstadt erreichen. Zum Strand sind es nur knapp 10 Minuten den Berg herunter. Den Lebensmittelladen kann man aber eigentlich nur per PKW erreichen.

Die Zimmer sind extrem klein. Fur 2 Personen schon zu klein. Es gibt keine Küche im Zimmer, sondern eine Aussenküche, die man sich ggf. mit vielen Gästen teilen muss. Das Zimmer ist schnell warm, was Schlafen nicht so einfach macht. Schlimmer ist allerdings der Fluglärm durch ankommende Flugzeuge und der Krach durch vorbeifahrende Motorräder

Ideale ligging! Je kan gebruik maken van buitenkeuken. Zwembad heeft prachtig zicht op zee, alsook het balkon in de kamer! Vriendelijke gaatvrouw ! Toppers

De kamer was gehorig, maar gelukkig waren de andere gasten allemaal respectvol ! Bedden zijn wel aan vernieuwing toe.
