Amazing place to stay!

The host was so helpful and very relaxed. His happy personality was very nice to be around. The communal kitchen was lovley, with the use of all the equipment. Even having our own little storage box for the fridge 😊

Just wonderful

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Radovic. Pero and Anita are such a great couple and we’re so helpful throughout our stay even letting us use a room with a shower so we could enjoy our last day when we had a late check out. It is incredibly good value and we loved our room with a balcony and a sea view. They also had a kitchen where we could make our own breakfast which was so handy. Cavtat is the most beautiful and relaxing town and it’s only a 5 minute walk down hill into town.

Great vacation and amazing atmosphere

Our second stay in Cavtat in the Radovic house and everything was great. All the facilities in the room were working well, good and new air conditioning. You have all the towels changed every two days and feel really provided with anything in here. Kitchen is equipped with all the stuff you may need for the cooking, lots of cutlery, any type of the plates you can imagine. Fridge for every room is available so you always can hold your food in appropriate temperature. Pero and Anita are the best hosts I know during all my travels. All small talks we had about anything kept me in good mood for all the day, very nice people. Location is very nice, you will have greater view for the city and the sea, and with not long walk you can get to all cafes and restaurants, beaches and shops. We spent amazing week in the city, and were lucky to stay here again. Love it!!!

Great place to stay

Pero and his wife Anita are both so friendly and helpful. Had a great room with a very comfortable bed and lovely view from the balcony. Great to have access to kitchen and fridge - all kept very clean. Really appreciated airport transfers.

Comfy stay in the main part of Cavtat

The reviews do not lie at all, we had an amazing host. Thank you so much Pero for being so hospitable, friendly and informative. Make sure you message him for airport pick up and drop off as their van is very spacious and it's also cheaper than local taxis. The location was right near the port and Adriatic Sea so you get to experience a stunning view within a quaint little town, approximately 5 minutes however uphill and downhill steps. There are also many boats that get you to Dubrovnik and other nearby islands through a scenic route. Theres a local bakery and shops where we managed to get breakfast items, shop, enjoy icecream and cook. The Vlaho Bukovac museum is closeby and definitely worth checking out if you're an art fan. The accommodation has a well-working air conditioning system, it was clean and towels are provided. I absolutely loved the books in the main area, I grabbed a couple and it was great reading by the beach. The view from the villa was gorgeous during sunsets. It was well worth the price. Parking is available. If you're looking to experience local life in Cavtat, I would definitely recommend this lovely place. Pero made it wonderful for us and we will definitely be back again!

Villa Radovic a Great Place to Stay

A Fantastic Owner who was always smiling, friendly and who even drove you back and forth to the airport. Terrific 5 minute walk to the waterfront restaurants and shops. Our room had a beautiful Seaview. Great price for our 2 week stay in Cavtat and we appreciated the use of a common kitchen and patio area. Thank you for allowing us to bring our small dog with us.

The hot water tank in the bathroom is small and we ran out of hot water in the middle of taking a shower. The floor drain cover is mobile in the washroom and should be fastened down with caulking or grout. Therefore the rating was reduced by one star.

The landlord (Pero) is an exceptional guy. Always helping,lovely. I d’une him very loyal, sincere and we you still in Cavtat-Dubrovnik, don’t worry fr anything. Great room with own bathroom in a typical penzion, shared kitchen and great terase to hang or eat your food.. owners/hosts very friendly and helpful, so it feels like you staying in friends house.. and they love/except pets:) me and my dog will be back!

Absolutely brilliant.

Very nice room with balcony with a superb view. Very clean, towels and linen changed every other day. Host and hostess are wonderful, easy-going, friendly and hard-working. Really helpful on check-out day with late flight time. Communal kitchen with all facilities available so interaction with other guests is easy and pleasant, groups / family travellers can prepare their own meals. Supermarket and cafe / restaurant are very close to the property location thus no need to drag provisions from the centre of the village.

This is not a "didn't like" more of a comment for others to bear in mind. Since I know the resort, prior to arrival I was slightly concerned about the very steep climb up the road / path from the resort centre especially in the heat of the day as I am a less youthful traveller these days. This proved to be less of an issue than anticipated and a less steep route is available via the main road to the property plus a bus route up the hill.

Apartments are very good located near the city centre, beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, exchange office and Caffès. Facility has private parking for the vehicles. Room with the great sea view was very clean. Kitchen is well equipped, hosts Pero and Anita were hospitalble and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay and will come again! Friendly villa with amazing views

Villa Radovic is situated on the hill, not far from the center of Cavtat. The host is very helpful and everything about the stay is made very easy for the guests. Would highly recommend for anyone, not looking for a 5-star amenities, but a friendly location in this beautiful little town.

All things considered, we had a wonderful stay - check out this place! :)

Our host provided ride to/from the airport which we were very grateful for! Upon the arrival we got all the helpful info regarding our stay and sightseeing/beach options. Depending on personal preference, your stay can be more on the private side in your room or more social in the common room areas with other guests or hosts. Apartment was spacious, balcony view was amazing! Room and bathroom hygene exceeded our expectations, towels and bed linen were changed every 2 days. Air conditioning was highly functional. Kitchen area was very well equipped and every room number had a designated space in the fridge for personal belongings.

Keep in mind that apartment is very near town center but you have to walk uphill a bit when coming back - can be tiring and you might need to take a few stops in this summer heat and humidity! Our TV wasn't working, but we didn't even have the need to use it (we had our personal laptop with streaming sites). No complaints on our part at all !!!

Pero and Anita were amazing hosts for us. After we arrived in Cavtat for the first time, we really loved the place and decided to cancel our booking in Dubrovnik and stayed with Pero and Anita for the whole two weeks. We traveled with our 🐕 Brie and Brie loves Pero and Anita. The hosts gave us amazing travel tips even before we arrived in Cavtat, e.g., where to get the best rate of money exchange and what to take care of when going swimming with our dog, making day trips to Dubrovnik, etc. A great town for vacation and a great accommodation to stay.

My stay at Villa Radovic was the highlight of my year so far. Please do not expect a 5-star hotel. If you have reasonable expectations then I am certain you will enjoy tour stay at Villa Radovic. Pero is very helpful and can even give you a bit of historical background if you like. The rooom was very clean and I had a great view.

If you are elderly please be aware that Villa Radovic is up a steep hill from the seaside promenade.
