Lovely large apartment in convenient location.

Lovely apartment in a good location to walk down to the beach, bars, and restaurants. Free parking right next to the accomodation was very helpful for us.

The bathroom is a little small, but this didn’t bother us too much.

Easy Access to the City and Beaches

Our hostess was very responsive and friendly. The location was perfect for taking the bus into the city, accessing the local beach and amenities. The room was basic but very comfortable with coffee, tea and some water provided; there was a porch that was nice too. The air conditioning was very welcome!

The only thing I didn't like was there is a light attached to the wall that we could not figure out how to turn off. It wasn't enough of a problem to call the host as an eye mask did the trick.

The view from the balcony was exceptional, and the balcony itself was spacious with chairs table and sunbeds. We had 2 apartments, one on the upper floor with the lovely view then one on the bottom floor leading on to the beautiful terrace with pool which the kids loved so had the best of both worlds like our own private villa. We seemed to be the only ones to use the pool for our visit so was perfect

The apartment suited us perfectly so nothing negative about the apartment itself but quite a steep hill back up from town but was worth it for the view just might not suit someone with mobility issues

The accomodation was very clean and the host was very friendly. She greeted us on arrival and gave us some good information. The villa is just a short walk down to the main water front area.

A peaceful solo stay with a sea view and warm hospitality

I had a lovely 3-night solo stay at Villa Stanović Tea in Cavtat. My room was spacious, had a beautiful sea view, and was perfectly equipped for a short stay. It has a parking and a brilliant WiFi connection. The owners were incredibly kind and even let me check in early as the room was ready. I slept really well and would happily recommend this place to others!

Great Value!! Clean & Comfortable. Wonderful views from upper rooms.

View from upper balcony is incredible! Clean, spacious, and comfortable. Well insulated windows. The Dubrovnik airport flight pattern is directly over this property and the city peninsula. We traveled w 2 pilots who enjoyed the “name that aircraft” game. It wasn't an issue for us. Easy walk down hill to old town port and restaurants. There Is a bus for those with mobility issues to return to property from the port. It wasn't an issue for us - it justified the Gelato. Great hosts.

Pleasant stay with thoughtful hospitality

Tea is an amazing host - so kind, receptive, and welcoming! She made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Our clothes smelled dreamy after the wash she kindly did for us. The bedding was comfy, the balcony had a stunning view (watching the sunset there is a must), and the accommodation is perfectly located right next to the centre - close to everything we wanted to experience in Cavtat. As a side note, the shower curtain was a bit tricky for me, but my boyfriend managed it just fine.

Spacious clean apt equipt with everything you need, extremely comfortable bed, air conditioning and beautiful views. Downstairs next to pool area there was a large terrace with table and chairs next to built in Bbq for use of all guests, excellent for a family with with young children as gated and safe. Staff (owners) were helpful, friendly and very accommodating, could be reached at any time during your stay.

This was not a 'didn't like' but we preferred the upstairs apartment as although spacious and clean with the same amount of comfort the downstairs one didn't get as much sun, good for holidaymakers that like the heat but out of the sunshine a bit. A bit of a walk uphill so not perfect for those with walking difficulties but good bus service.

Exceptional

Hi, we definitely recommend this place. The owners are wonderful people, always smiling and willing to help. We could count on them in every situation. The apartment itself is worth the price, it was spotlessly clean and equipped with the necessary things, on the day of arrival we received small snacks and water. Air conditioning and a swimming pool with a great view is an added bonus. The apartment is located very close to the center, shops and nearby beaches. If we ever manage to return to Cavtat, we will definitely choose this apartment again 😊

Enough space for couple + child. Just enough equipment to relax, cook small meal, sleep, watch TV and everything else person needs on holiday. I feel inspired to MarieKondoing when comming home due to apartment design. Practical, spacius and pretty. Loved TV couch and balcony (beach chairs, table with chairs, parasol). Liked how owners communicate, on hand but private. The art on walls and welcome present :D, A+. When hot, there is air con/klima/ in both rooms. Owners called taxi for us when inquired. 5 min. to bus, store, sea, boat bus, restaurants…. but “relatively” quiet (few planes). Beautiful view from balcony. Liked property a lot. Liked sea a lot and Cavtat atmosphere.

For me=liked everything. Time flew fast :( For others: knee challenged… little to coast hill wifi obsessed... holiday wifi (web OK, but no fast streaming game survives here XD, only best sea streams).

Great balcony view but not the cleanest

Balcony had pretty sea/sunset view. The staff is friendly and responsive. We were given extra towels when we needed them. The room was exactly as shown in pictures.

We weren't happy with the overall cleanliness of our room, we had to wipe dust from our nightstands. The room is not that spacious so it gets hot very quickly while the AC is right above your bed so it's not very comfortable to be exposed that way if you're sensitive.

Great place to stay in Cavtat! Apartament was super clean and had everything you could possibly need during your stay. We had a lovely view on city, mountains and the sea from our balony. I wish we could stay here longer. Our host was super friendly :)

It was in a perfect location. Relatively quiet & peaceful…apart from planes flying over at intervals…It is within a short walk to the harbour, beaches, shops & ferries & buses…locals are friendly!

I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like as the hosts were so welcoming & accommodating … wanting to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Wonderful Apartment in Cavtat

We’ve just a wonderful stay here. Really friendly hosts and they booked a taxi to and from the airport for us. It’s in a beautiful location overlooking the harbour. Our apartment had a balcony which was more like a rooftop terrace - absolutely fantastic. The views were amazing. The apartment had everything we could need and was a 300 metre walk up hill to a supermarket and a 300 metre down hill walk to the town centre. Highly recommended.

The location and the parking place were really comfortable, especially the location, looking at how close the harbor was from us. The owners were helpful and kind with us the whole week. Moreover, the apartment was clean and nice when we arrived there.
