Very well done welcoming interiors with the feel you'd want from a place like this. Nice private cozy feel in the midst of an otherwise busy location. Fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker, fridge, cutlery, dishes,etc. It's close to the end of the peninsula where both east and west are easily within walking reach you see the sunrise and sunset.

The location is a hit or a miss. The main parking area they call the Talete is a 1km walk. Getting in to the actual location is possible with a car during inactive ZTL(local area traffic restrictions) which I tried but unsuccessfully as Google maps will drive you ask all over in the no entry places in extremely crowded, narrow lanes. Rather not risk this. Being in the end part of the peninsula also means having to walk up to the other locations inland. Where as the good part is you are close to the most beautiful part near the water, which is why it's a hit or a miss Finding help as an international tourist who can't speak or understand Italian is difficult as even the host does not communicate in English. Texting with translation is the best option.

Beautiful broom modern and clean and spacious on a quiet road, but very very central

The only negative was the water pressure which wasn’t great

The property was well positioned in the centre of the old town and had a nice feature wall of stone.

The property had no balcony or access to views as shown in the description. There was construction right across from the unit, so we had to keep the doors and windows shut to keep the dust out. We had no natural light and felt cooped in. In addition the plumbing was blocked and we couldn’t have a decent shower. It took 24hrs for the host to address the problem. He fixed it, but it was a bit annoying that it took so long. The toilet was also very dirty and we needed to fumigate the bathroom with air freshener to get rid of the sewerage smell. Unfortunately these issues made our stay uncomfortable and we would not go back to this property.
