The property is well located, just in from of the beach and the host is super kind , she was always paying attention of any of our request .
The travel with my grandmother , so she has some troubles with the stairs.

Very nice apartment. Clean. Good wifi and ac. Fantastic location. Excellent communication by the host. Would have no hesitation in recommending this place. We parked our rental car in the central parking lot (near the entrance bridge to Ortigia) and took the red circular bus (no. 110) to the apartment. This bus stop was right in front of the apt. Also, the Ortigia beach is just a few steps from the apt.
The apt is on the (European) second floor and there is no elevator. For those with mobility issues or have difficulty climbing stairs, this apt. may not be suitable.

The location of the apartment on Ortigia is great. It is in a quiet back lane but just around the corner from the shops, restaurants and a beach. Inside it was cool and spacious with two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped for making simple meals. The instructions for picking up the keys and getting into the apartment were clear.
The apartment is on the second floor with no lift so it was a bit of effort with luggage. There was no kettle so I had to boil water for tea in a pan.
