Appartamento Dammuso Isola Di Ortigia

The apartment is in center of Ortriga, is good location, big apartment.

The apartment doesn’t have windows, just 2 small on the main door. So you have little sun light. The app has on booking written Privat parking, small amount to pay, but is not in the center and is not privat. Ortriga is ZTL cone just for residents, you need to park in the public parking 15-20 min waking from the apartment in July with small kids is hard to walk 2x a day. And the cost is 15 euro per day. The beach close to apartment is small in the sun and is not appropriate for kids. It doesn’t have washing machine, you need to go to public laundry.

The location was wonderful and the owner was easy to communicate with. The ground floor was a welcome change not to haul bags up and down stairs. The apartment was very well appointed.

We arrived on a holiday so parking was scarce and nearby garage was not accessible when we arrived but we found free parking and were able to easily walk in.

Francesco was a marvellous host. The apartment had everything needed and was centrally located. We parked in a car park very close by.
