Nesh House Ortigia Island

•Location is good. Walking distance to all attractions. •The place is roomy and clean. The bed is comfortable. •It's a nice touch with a welcome snack basket one the table and some soda drinks in the fridge. • With video check-in instructions, it is easy to find the place and made the processes a lot smooth. I highly recommend to send check-in vedio to clients a couple of days in advance. •It would be nice to have extra blankets.

Nabil was a great host providing us with detailed instructions and recommendations. The Nash house was very comfortable and close to everything. The neighborhood was quiet. We walked all around exploring. I would recommend the Nash house.

We had a lovely stay at Nabil’s Nesh House. The property is ideally located and very well equipped and presented. An excellent place to base yourself for a few days in Ortigia and Nabil was extremely helpful with his instructions and advice He even organised an early morning cab for us to get to the train station on departure. Communication with Nabil was excellent and timely. I would certainly recommend staying at Hash House.

Nice modern little apartment in the center of Ortigia. The appearance of the apartment from outside is not nice. However, inside it is pretty nice. Expedia says it has breakfast included, there was not breakfast, to compensate, the host left us a bottle of wine, water bottles, bagged toast with jam. I was told there was parking within 5 minutes walk of the apartment, however, when we arrived, the story changed and closest parking was 12 min walking distance. The host was pretty nice before we arrived on whatsup, however, when we arrived he did not show up and did not answer our call to help us find the place. He sent us a video when we arrived with guidelines, good thing my daughter had good internet reception to watch the video, otherwise, it would not be easy to find the place. The apartment has 45 liters or 12 gallons of hot water, so, it is difficulty for 3 people to take a hot shower for 5 minute each. There were nice restaurants and tourist attractions nearby.
