New studio guest house located in the heart of Temecula wine country. Best wine country location! The property sits on 2 acres in very close proximity to 7 wineries - soon to be 9. Our guests rave about our super comfy cal king bed and extra soft sheets. The unit has tile floors that look like wood, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, stove and double oven, microwave, refrigerator, beautiful tile shower and closet. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and clean, perfect for the two of us. It was a 10 min Uber from a bunch of great wineries that were within walking distance of each other. Also really close to old town Temecula with a lot of good restaurants and bars. Easy to check in and out and can't recommend highly enough.

We loved the little studio that we stayed at in Temecula. Nice and quiet in the place was very well set up for us. The bed is a little high off the ground, so I had to create a little step out of pillows to get into bed! Also, there is one road in that the road is smooth and great to drive on - if your GPS takes you a different way it’s a washboard road - very jarring!

It is exactly what you see in the pictures we came from Texas for a friend wedding and this place was perfect I wish we could've stayed longer maybe next time we come to visit.We needed to change our dates and check out and they were very nice about the whole thing and worked with us. This is truly a wonderful spot! It was actually our second time staying here when visiting family in Temecula! The room is nice, it has everything you need and the bed is super comfortable. The outdoor area is very nice and well equipped. The pool is great with plenty of loungers for relaxing, and there is a grill for cooking out which is nice. There are many nice flowers and plants growing around which are beautiful! The owners are very nice and accomodating and its in wine country if thats your thing! Highly recommend

Very relaxing, quiet spot, just off the pool area. We enjoyed lounging outside our door under the umbrella table in between wine lunches and dinners in the area. While not a large interior property, it was fine for the mornings/evenings we spent there. We also enjoyed walking the hilly roads in the neighborhood, with beautiful views of wine country.

Property has a GREAT location and easy check in and check out. Overall this property has a TON of potential. Reason for 4 stars is smell of “smoke” when sitting outside and overall the property could use some landscaping and facelift… property is priced accordingly though

Linda's place is possibly the best place to stay at in terms of price in wine country. We weren't looking to stay somewhere fancy and also wanted the option to cook. The backyard had many accommodations where we could just hang out and grill steaks. Not to mention that there is a double oven as well! Having access to a full fridge and kitchen helped us cut down on costs for breakfast and dinner so we can really spend some money on the wineries! haha Linda was so great to us and so responsive. I really appreciated that. I will for sure come back!

Beautiful!, We got to pick our own oranges for breakfast and Pomegranates for later in the day. Wish we had time to enjoy the hot tub and pool but we were on a short stay this time. We'll have to come back... Thanks, Dan & Kris
