The room was infested with bag bugs and me partner didn’t even get offered a room to stay and we drove four hours to get there was very devastated how to drive back home with bedbug bites all over our body. Please do not stay here horrible hotel, and bad service.

Hotel couldn’t find my reservation, had to book another room then contact hotels.com to work out a refund with them, no apologies, 1 of the room keys didn’t work, TV didn’t work, and some dirty residue was in the toilet that I had to flush when I checked in. Do not recommend.

Unexpected stay . Hotel is a little on the older feel with an updated bandaid cover up. A quick fix update not a total update feel. Wall paper ripped and stained a lot in the conman areas. Room was clean and quiet Not the best area but NOT the worst. Breakfast very very basic. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Best part of the stay.

I stayed for 3 nights. The room was quiet, but there was a noticeable smell that wasn’t very fresh. On the last night I found ants in the bathroom and even in my toiletry bag early in the morning before leaving. Quite an unexpected experience. I like the hotel itself, but there are definitely issues with insects.

I was looking for a reasonably priced hotel that was clean and in a safe area. They delivered on that. The check-in staff was polite. They were patient with replacing my hotel keys, which I lost shortly after checkout. The rooms look like they’ve been renovated in at least the past few years. Also, the rooms have been cleaned well enough. I would like to see the televisions have the capability to log into our YouTube and Netflix accounts. They also had good continental breakfast. Had scrambled eggs, sausages/bacon, waffles, and coffee. Would like to see a little bit more healthier foods in there. Hotel was located in a suburban business area. Supermarkets also a short drive away. Overall, I would recommend this to budget conscious travelers

The front desk rep was super friendly and welcoming and the service was great. The hotel itself is a tad dated. As this was our first time bringing our puppy into a hotel, it was nice to know how pet friendly they are. With that said, maybe the room did not smell clean. We could smell the dog order on the sheets and in the room. Floors were not exactly mopped well. We saw a pee that was dried up and had not been mopped. Room felt a bit dingy and the ac was loud. Hate to give a bad review when the staff was so nice, but the hotel needs to do a better job with maintaining the property.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 out of 5 stars — and that’s being generous) If I could give zero stars, I would. I checked into La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Temecula and was immediately met with a nightmare. The room was unlocked when I arrived — a major safety issue. Inside, it was filthy, smelled bad, and unbearably hot — the AC wasn’t working and it felt like 90+ degrees. On top of that, a dog barked nonstop in the room next door, and no one did anything. The front desk experience was just as bad. The woman working was rude and dismissive. She threw my keys at me, didn’t offer a pen, and acted like helping me was an inconvenience. When I asked to switch rooms, she insisted I go back upstairs, pack, and return before she’d issue another key — because it was “against policy” to give two. Ridiculous. I told her the experience was unacceptable, and she just shrugged it off. I left and checked into a different hotel — only to have them deny my refund, even though I never stayed the night. This place has no standards for cleanliness, safety, or customer service. Management clearly doesn’t care. Avoid at all costs. There are plenty of other hotels in Temecula — do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.

Hotel was nice. The area surrounding was okay, parking seemed kind of tight and confusing. It is hidden behind a mall type place. The breakfast was alright. Limited options but okay overall. My problem was the toilet as the hotel seemed to have limited pressure and eventually did not flush at all.
