Great location, calm neighbourhood, near public transport (vaporetti) stop! The apartment is spacious, has 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, spaces are huge, 2 terraces.
The host was kind, but a little bit strange. They live on the upper floor in the same house. The apartment has a lot of specific instructions, the first night it was a little bit colder, than comfortable, but after some issues and help from the host family, rest of the stay the temperature was comfortable. There is no coffee machine, just very little coffee maker.

Sehr zentrale Lage in der Nähe zur Vaporetto Station. Sehr schnelle in Venedig. Auch der Besuch des Strandes am Lido de Venezia ist zu empfehlen. Auch nur ein paar Minuten zu laufen. Individuelle Wohnung mit toller Küche und viel italienischen Charm. Sehr nette Vermieter!
