Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend. Gute Ausstattung der Küche. Viele Ausflugsziele sind schnell zu erreichen Bus direkt vor dem Haus. Strand gegenüber. In der Nähe Geschäfte für die Grundversorgung.

Parkplatzsituation

The apartment was excellent, clean, comfortable and well-equipped for our family stay. The location on Venice Lido was ideal. It offered a peaceful escape from the crowds and busy streets of Venice while still being close enough to easily reach all the main attractions by vaporetto. Being near the beach was a real bonus and provided a relaxing atmosphere after busy days sightseeing. Francesca, who managed the booking, was fantastic. She was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay, offering great recommendations for restaurants and advice on where to rent bikes locally. The apartment made an excellent base for exploring both Venice and the Lido.

There was very little to fault during our stay. If anything, travelling into central Venice requires a vaporetto trip, but this is also part of what makes the location so peaceful and enjoyable.

Posizione ideale. Bella vista mare dalla terrazza molto confortevole dove dalla colazione alla cena abbiamo apprezzato anche il tramonto e la zona molto tranquilla. La nostra Hostess Francesca ci ha accolto con vera professionalità e gentilezza .Siamo stati molto bene nell'appartamento alle Terrazze!

Äußerst freundliche Begegnung zur Schlüsselübergabe und Einweisung mit den Verwalterinnen, die sich großzügig um eine gastliche Ausstattung gekümmert haben. Danke! Unkomplizierte und direkte Kommunikation, auch anlässlich eines Stromausfalls. Großartig: die unmittelbare Nähe zum Strand und die Sicht auf einen Streifen vom Meer vom großen Balkon. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr geräumig. Ausgezeichneter Anschluss an das Vaporetto durch dichte Busfrequenz auf mehreren Linien.

Die Einzelbetten müssten erneuert werden; eines wird bei einer schwereren Person demnächst zusammenbrechen. Alle Matratzen sollten ersetzt werden. Sie sind durchgelegen. Als Mieter sollte man zudem damit klarkommen, dass Wohnblocks der 1970er oder 1980er Jahre sehr hellhörig sind und der Wasserdruck schwach ist.
