L’appartamento è in una splendida posizione. Tranquillo e silenzioso e molto ben attrezzato. Inoltre è pulitissimo.
forse aggiungerei un paio di split nelle camere per aver un po’ più fresco ma a parte questo niente di più

Einfaches aber gut ausgestattetes Appartment mit Blick auf die Lagune. Alles blitzsauber und angenehm. Bushaltestelle + kleines Restaurant/Pizzeria 100m entfernt. Busfahrt zum Hafen Lido SME dauert 5min, von dort gute Anbindung zur Piazza San Marco.

The apartment is spacious, clean and very comfortable. It has everything you need for a good stay. It is located in a very quiet area with a nice view of the lagoon, it is possible to park for free on the street and it is a few meters from the bus stop that takes you to the vaporetto station, with several lines to get around Venice. The owners have been very kind, facilitating check in and check out, providing extra information and also leaving some basic things for daily use in the house.
Minor comment, the living room sofa bed for sleeping is comfortable for children, but not for adults.
