Clean and tidy basic accomodation. Good to have a parking spot and washing machine was a bonus.
We only sleep there and didn’t use kitchen etc. all okay.
The shower was within the bath which may be a problem with people with mobility issues.

Very convenient location for hospital. Also nearby large park for walking the dog. Several supermarkets nearby. On easy bus route to town centre.

By and large, I enjoyed my stay at this property. The location is close by the Queen Elizabeth Medical Centre in an attractive pocket of suburban streets. For those relying on public transport, the 77 provides a regular service from Buchanan Bus Station, third stop after crossing the river; the same bus service usefully continues to Glasgow Airport. There is a very good Lidl 15 minutes walk away, and a mini M & S even closer in the main hospital building one bus stop before the property. Excellent wifi. Comfortable lounge area with a functional dining table. Well-stocked kitchen. Nice looking out of the kitchen and bedroom windows onto a suburban lawn/garden. Convenient access to property through a combination key safe near the front door.
The principal issue was that the four-element electric stove top was not working - I only discovered this after purchasing a fair amount of food - self-catering had been a major reason for choosing this property over standard hotel rooms with no cooking facilities. Fortunately, the oven component does work, and there is a microwave, so I was able to work out alternative ways to cook most of my purchases. In an exchange of messages, the owner indicated that 'they work' and 'not had any issues with them'. Basically, all four elements generated the vaguest amount of heat - after one hour of 'cooking' diced chicken, the meat had turned a milky grey on parts of each piece.
After accepting the owner's comment that he couldn't check on the stovetop as he was about to go to work, I happily agreed to him popping round at a specific time the following day. However, he didn't turn up, nor did he respond to my follow-up message after the scheduled time hoping to see him soon.
