The property was nice & bright,quiet,had washing machine.
Was quite had to find,but owner talked us through it, could do with up grading the bed apart from that all good.

Good size property, bed was comfortable. Central location. Very helpful contact from host.
Had to pay extra to use bedding on sofa bed, £300 deposit and asked to send photo ID via email which is not secure. Had to collect keys from a corner shop, 5 min walk away through busy streets which is not ideal with luggage or bad weather. Noisy overnight. Crumbs in kitchen from previous guest. Not “executive” in my view and overpriced for what it was.

Spacious and close to Merchant City and some nice restaurants
It is described as executive, and it simply isn't. The blinds on the windows have dirty marks everywhere, and one had no pull cord, so you had to climb on a chair to re-open. Broken fan, not replaced even though I asked. No wine glasses, was told cleaner would bring some, they didn't. No wine or beer opener, bed too soft.
