Constant reminders from booking.com asking for signature and date of birth facility which doesnt work on phone unless you back dste 65 pages

It was abysmal.
The key lock was broken so difficult to get the key and the customer service was very poor. The cooker did not work because they had the wrong pans in and I had to buy food when the whole point of my holiday was to relax and cook my own food which I don't get to do much of at home because of my very busy schedule. The customer service rep was not upfront and honest about time scales for getting support or help. It was an abysmal experience.
