A very pleasant and comfortable stay, highly recommended.

I liked that the apartment was spacious with a beautiful view. The host was very cooperative, welcoming, and helpful. It was easy to access and check out, with available parking spaces. The place was extremely clean and well maintained.

There was nothing I didn’t like, everything met my expectations.

It was a lovely apartment, with a very helpful host.

when I had trouble closing the window Craig came in good time to help me sort it. There are several places of interest in walking distance and a stop for the two hop-on, hop-off buses was not far away either.

After reading several reviews which noted how peaceful it was, I was surprised to hear 24/7 noise from the industrial area directly across the river. It wasn't exceptionally loud, but it didn't support, for me, the descriptive word "peaceful"

A lovely, well equipped apartment overlooking the river and close to amenities.we enjoyed our stay

Great location, next to the river, close to museums, restaurants, and shops. The apartment is in a quiet complex, on the ground floor, about a ten minute walk or less to the nearest train and bus station.

The bathroom door doesn’t close properly, and there is a loose tile on the floor.

Wonderful place! Gorgeous view! Such a kind and warm host! We’ve already booked it again for November 🫶

This is truly one of the best places we have ever booked! The view from the window and the location are wonderful — we spent time on the balcony admiring the river. Our son was delighted by the ships and boats passing by. It’s very quiet despite being close to the promenade. The apartment is clean and cozy, with plenty of space for belongings and storage. The kitchen is fully equipped. A huge bonus is the underground parking.

There are absolutely no downsides. The host is the kindest and most attentive person — you can see how much effort he puts in, and that this business is like a beloved child to him, cared for with love. Check-in was a bit later than expected because the previous guests had left a mess, which the host worked hard to clean up. By the time we moved in, everything was spotless. A message to future guests: Please, it’s not difficult to tidy up after yourselves in a place where you’ve enjoyed your stay. Respect the hard work of others. I wish the host many wonderful guests. We will definitely be back 👌

What didn’t we like, excellent owner, excellent space, slept like babies and oohhhhh the shower! After travelling all over the EU and UK this was by far the shower we all needed lol. Great local attractions and shops! 12/10

Excellent apartment

Craig contacted us while traveling down from Aberdeenshire to keep in touch. He met us at the apartment and showed us where to park. He showed us around the apartment and said if we needed him just to contact him. The apartment looks into the river Clyde where you can access a balcony to view. Although we were in the city centre, with the view it felt like we were away from the hustle and bustle. We had a reserved parking space underground, a lift is available also. We also had our 2 dogs with us and there is plenty walks for you. There was 2 adults & 2 children and we had plenty room.

Great location and host, immaculate apartment with great facilities. Thoroughly recommended.

We were met (He was early, we were delayed), by the host. We were a party of 4 with 2 dogs (always a challenge, but not so much in this case) He was very helpful and friendly and showed us to our underground parking space. The property was immaculate and warm, with everything that we needed. A lovely view of the Clyde met us, behind large and effective blackout curtains. The beds were extremely comfortable, even the sofa-bed, which are generally not so. A good powerful shower in a wet-room environment was also well received. The property was easy to access, by lift, although it's on the ground floor, one level above the secure car-park (another bonus). All in all, a great stay and will be back again, when we need somewhere to stay in Glasgow.

I think it would be fair that others were aware.. There is still scaffolding around the building so was hard to enjoy the view (the main reason we booked) was to relax indoors and look out onto the water which was hard to do because of scaffolding. This might not matter to others booking as the apartment is lovely , the location is great and host couldn’t have been better or been nicer .. But we booked solely on the balcony and the view shown in the pictures due to the fact my father who would be stuck in doors for most of the trip.

Beautiful apartment, finished to a high standard. The location, overlooking the River Clyde, with good access to major attractions, is superb. The apartment was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Craig is a very welcoming and attentive host who is justifiably proud of this apartment. Our weekend break was made even more enjoyable by staying here. Don't hesitate, book it!

Lovely, spacious apartment that was spotlessly clean and well equipped for a couple. Very comfy bed. Great location and secure parking for one car included. Some works ongoing to the various buildings to replace external cladding with some minor inconvenience during the day.

A very spacious, well appointed apartment with a delightful host, would certainly stay again.

Good location, handily placed for the subway, very welcoming host.

Unfortunately the building was undergoing recladding work so it was quite noisy from 8 a.m and many walkways were inaccessible. This however, is only a temporary issue.

The apartment was gorgeous, clean and equipped with everything. close. The owner was so obliging and he was there to greet us and informed us of the area ..restaurants, pub, supermarkets. Just a slight problem with the instruction work outside going on from 8am till 7pm.

Absolute stunning apartment, amazing views. Close to all the amenities you could ask for as well as the wider area of natural beauty! The Waverley paddle boat can be seen daily. The host Craig and his colleague Emma are amazing and the consumate professionals and can't do enough for their guests. Thoroughly recommended. We will using the apartment now each visit.

Everything ! literally everything was amaaaaazing! it's located in a very nice location, safe, no noise , in front of the river ! it's so so clean and very well equipped the owner was so kind and helpful he cared about us and our stay i am so glad that i had the chance to stay my hole week in such an apartment! wifi, washing machine ( for both clothes and dishes) are there too definitely well come back for it , all the love from ksa.. thanks
