Wyndford Riverside House

House was bright and spacious and looked like it was recently refurbished. Nice kitchen/dining room and the 3 bedrooms were a good size, especially the 2 double rooms which were large, clean with very big, comfortable beds. Nice bright en-suite and bathroom and toilet downstairs. House in an area which is becoming more desirable than it used to be, in a cul - de - sac with parking and a short walk to west end and botanical gardens.

Unfortunately for a house to sleep 6 people we felt it could have been kitted out a bit better. There were only 3 champagne flutes and 2 wine glasses and no corkscrew. We had to go out and buy one and more glasses. It wouldn’t take much to make this house fabulous, with a few more soft furnishings. Downstairs there were no lamps or pictures on wall, felt quite stark and sofas bit stained, so could really do with being cleaned. Since weather so lovely it would have been nice to have had some outside furniture as large enclosed garden.

The spacious and well-furnished accommodation, the facilities, the ease of checking in, and the nearby bus stop. There’s a Tesco just five minutes away. We’re sorry we only stayed for two nights, but if we’d extended our stay, it would have been great to have a table and chairs in the garden so we could watch the squirrel in the neighbourhood.

La parte esterna sporca e non curata. Veramente un peccato.

The pictures & description were exactly as the house was when we arrived, everything smelt fresh & clean & everything was as it should be & we would definately book again if we are ever in the area. Close to a local supermarket too which was handy, nice to have a dining table that sits 6 people & enough cutlery for everyone too.
