Relaxing and Spacious Kensington Apartment with Patio

The apartment was huge and very stylish and comfortable with 4 bedrooms, 2 living areas, a well equipped kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms. We didn't use the courtyard but we loved that we could open the doors and windows for a cross breeze, including overnight. All windows and doors had security grills. The location was excellent for our needs and good generally for exploring London. The delicious artisan coffee capsules were appreciated and the washing machine dryer was well used. The compendium was informative and the hosts friendly and responsive.

Finding the front door was a bit confusing as it is located down a flight of steps from street level. The gate we first encountered was locked. A clothes horse, pegs and more coat hangers would have been useful but these are minor gripes.

This flat really was exceptional value and lives up to its name of being spacious. The furnishings are nice and each room is comfortable and well equipped. The communication from Vincenzo was excellent. It is located in a lovely area with really nice cafes, restaurants and bars and a short walk to Earls Court Tube station. I would definitely recommend and happily book again.

The only minor points is that it would be good to have more small plates and some champagne/prosecco glasses.

Location was perfect. Handy to tube and buses. Beds were comfortable and all the amenities you needed. Host was easy to deal with and so helpful.

The property needs some TLC. The main bathroom needs a redo. Shower wasn’t the best, ie, shower curtain, there was mould in the silicone of the shower. The kitchen had a cupboard door missing. Messy under the kitchen sink. The washing machine had an unpleasant smell and I believe needs to be put on the clean cycle.
