The apartment was clean, well equipped, comfortable and in a great location. Communication with the management team was excellent and self check in was easy. Nice amenities and thoughtful touches like extra towels, coffee pods, tea, and milk. Great neighborhood with easy access to the tube.

I would rate this apartment as excellent except for the fact that it is unbearably hot due to the fact you cannot open the windows more than an inch or two. Even with a fan going constantly, in hot weather it was horrible. I understand that air conditioning is not a common feature in London rentals but I cannot comprehend why the windows are blocked from opening. I have stayed in many top floor apartments in London and the windows have been able to open to get airflow. One other note, this apartment is on the very top floor with steep stairs. It was not an issue for me but might be for some people.
