Kensington Luxury Apartments

The location is fantastic. The apartment has all modern amenities and equipment. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. It’s literally next to tube station, with several grocery stores and restaurants just steps away. I would recommend this property.

I would have given the property a perfect 10 but taking one point away as tiles in one bathroom were broken and should be replaced. This was not a big bother for us though.

Location was fabulous and the air-conditioning was excellent during these sweltering days in London. Good space too, including two good bathrooms.

It could have done with a small rug or carpet in the living room floor to make it a bit more cosy. Some of the blinds had broken cords (which the people came to fix), while both rainforest shower heads needed cleaning properly from the calcium deposits. Also we couldn’t get the induction stove to go. The oven and microwave worked well though.

All great, just might suggest add dishwashing tablets as well in the utility for dishwasher, we bavd to buy a pack for ourselves…nothing huge but a nice to have

النظافة كانت تحتاج إلى تحسين. كما واجهنا مشكلة في التكييف حيث كانت الغرفة تصبح حارة خلال ساعات الصباح الباكر. المشكلة الأكبر كانت في باب الدخول، حيث تعطل النظام وبقينا خارج المبنى لأكثر من ساعة ونصف. حاولنا الاتصال بالأرقام المتوفرة، بما في ذلك الرقم الموجود على جهاز الدخول، وتم إبلاغنا بأنه في حال حضور شخص للمساعدة قد يتم فرض رسوم إضافية علينا. في النهاية تمكنا من الدخول فقط بالصدفة بعد خروج أحد السكان من المبنى، وإلا لكنا اضطررنا للانتظار لفترة أطول. الأمر الأكثر إحباطاً هو عدم وجود رقم طوارئ فعال بعد الساعة التاسعة مساءً، وعدم الرد على الاتصالات أو رسائل الواتساب رغم أن المشكلة كانت عاجلة. كما لم يتواصل معنا أحد للاطمئنان أو متابعة المشكلة، ولم نحصل على رد فعلي إلا بعد يومين عندما قمنا نحن بالاتصال مرة أخرى. للأسف كان التبرير المقدم غير مقنع ولم يكن بمستوى المشكلة التي واجهناه
