Close to tube, shops, places to eat. Had a washing machine and nice shower plenty of light. Plenty of plates cups glasses. Location is excellent with restaurants at door and pubs very close. A short walk to tube.
No hooks in bathroom. Jug not working. Lack of a tea towel for dishes or drying rack. Cleaner provided us bath towel for this. Some cups not clean. The steps are steep - almost a ladder, with no handrail. There needs to be a rail in the bedroom where the steps descend for safety especially at night.

The bed was very comfortable and it had good facilities for the size! The shower worked well also. In terms of location is was great - very close to a lot of the key sights and also the tube station!
The walls were quite thin, so we could quite easily hear the goings on in the room next door but it was doable for a one night stay.
