L’appartamento è grande e accogliente, lo staff gentile, disponibile e assolutamente amabile. La posizione ottima, in un bellissimo quartiere residenziale, silenzioso, tranquillo e vicinissimo a tutti i servizi e mezzi di trasporto. Ottimo sotto tutti i punti di vista.

Great location spacious comfortable but attention to detail could improve Air con units helped secure booking during heatwave period.

Bathroom had cracked and broken tiles. Design of raised bath rim meant water spray from shower went to wooden floor which was a problem to be rectified.

The location was excellent. Close to the Earl's Court tube station but off the main road so nice and quiet. We even got to see a London fox three nights in a row! The flat is well appointed with all necessities and the beds were extremely comfortable. It was absolutely everything we wanted and needed. Also, the host was accommodating, quite responsive and helpful. London flats can be sketchy or hit and miss in this regard, but the host of this flat was fantastic. I'd book again in a heartbeat.

There was nothing I didn't like, but I think the cleaner may have rushed to finish. A pile of used/damp towels was left in the laundry. This wasn't a big deal as the laundry is in a separate room. There were also little fruit flies in the kitchen upon arrival that kept showing up throughout our week there. They were only mildly annoying but this again speaks to a hasty cleaning. We had asked for an early check in (but we had no expectation of getting one) and were only thinking of dropping our bags. So perhaps the cleaner was trying to accommodate that. In any event, these are really small issues, not reflective of the flat and what it offers to the traveler. As I stated earlier, I would happily book again.
