Kensington Prime Apartments

La ubicación de la vivienda es perfecta: está cerca del centro, a solo tres paradas de metro y también se puede llegar dando un agradable paseo. Al mismo tiempo, está alejada del bullicio, por lo que la zona es muy tranquila.

Como aspectos a mejorar, mencionaría que los utensilios de cocina son algo escasos y que la limpieza podría cuidarse un poco más. El resto es correcto. Con algunas mejoras en las instalaciones de la cocina y el baño, podría convertirse en un apartamento realmente muy recomendable.

The rooms were very nice and very clean. The living room/kitchen was also a very nice place to hang out.

It could use more towels and trash bags. Mirrors in the rooms would be super helpful as it had one bathroom for 10people! I think it would be helpful to note that you have to go down steep steps to get to Flat 4’s bathroom. We had elderly folks with us and that was pretty difficult.

Floor needed a clean - feet were black after walking around. Tea towels or inform that need to bring some.

The beds were comfortable. The sitting room was spacious.

Outside of the property, there was a lot of rubbish and it felt quite dirty and overgrown. The bathroom door was difficult to close. There was a strong smell in the sitting room. We were unable to get the TV in the sitting room to work. On the third night, the upstairs neighbours were very noisy until midnight with what sounded like scraping chairs along the floor it sounded very loud. It may be a good idea to ask the neighbours to put pads on the bottom of their chairs. It would have been nice if there were some simple things such as a dishcloth, tea, towel, sugar, and teabags, and maybe a pint of milk. A list of instructions about how to operate appliances would have been helpful. Having said this, the building was clean and comfortable. There is a Tescos close by, which was very convenient.
