By booking a reservation you agree to sign our Rental Agreement within 24 hours and to all terms and conditions listed in rental agreement. Total guests at any time restricted to contract. Must disclose all guests. High School/College spring break, bachelor/ette groups not permitted w/o approval (fee). Excessive noise not allowed at any time. Quiet time 10pm–10am. NO EVENTS unless pre-authorized & fee paid.
Holiday Minimum Stays: A 7-night minimum stay is required for 12/25 and 1/1. A 14-night minimum applies if both holidays are included in the booking.
Extra person fees apply after the 6th guest.
IMPORTANT: Please list no more than 2 children (under 12) in the “Children” field. The first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with parents. Any additional children must be entered as adults.

We were prepared by Danny's review and we agreed to trade off the expected noise for the location. We were glad we did. "There is a bar on both ends of the property and both are open late, like 3am late! The location is unbeatable and the apartment is spacious beyond expectations but you must be aware of the noise and make an informed decision. I would stay there again without hesitation but I would be taking more Ear plugs."

It's a perfect location in downtown Cabo!

I have been to Cabo before so knew where I wanted to stay, I was prepared to trade off the expected noise for the location. I am still glad I did that but I have to say that this was super noisy. There is a bar on both ends of the property and both are open late, like 3am late! The location is unbeatable and the apartment is spacious beyond expectations but you must be aware of the noise and make an informed decision. I would stay there again without hesitation but I would be taking more Ear plugs to aid in noise reduction at night.
There has been some discussion about keys on this review page so let me say this, 2 sets of keys on arrival, both worked perfectly and as for getting locked out, well that can happen anywhere. Getting locked in is just nonsense and the gates to enter the property from the street and also the gate on the second floor are both keyless when exiting and only need keys for re entry to the apartment
