The spacious 3,500 sq. foot hime boasts picturesque views of where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean and the Cabo San Lucas Marina— just a three-minute walk to downtown. The home features a private swimming pool, jacuzzi and pool side oasis with outside dining area and BBQ grill. The 3 master suites each contain king-sized bed and private bathroom. Two of the rooms also include day/twin bed. Each suite has spacious closets, fans, and air-conditioning.

Check in was great, Juan was extremely accommodating and made sure we were appraised of all the available amenities. View was amazing and we enjoyed everything as advertised in the listing

This property is exactly as advertised, very clean, spacious, the property manager is extremely helpful and the property is close enough to town to walk. There are four outside areas to take advantage of with one being the wonderful pool area. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

First and foremost, Juan the property manger does an amazing job having the house ready for your arrival.
Juan had groceries, massage appointments, airport transfers organized and even loaned us his personal cooler and speaker. Rooms are cool and comfortable. The living area being separate from the bedrooms allows guests to stay up late or get up early without disturbing other people in your party. Lastly, being just steps out of pedregal to get to the marina and restaurant area is fantastic, no taxis and no pedregal hill climbing.

Our vacation at Casa Flamingo was incredible. The location was great, in the hills overlooking downtown Cabo and the Marina. The house is a short 5-10 min walk away from down town with all of the restaurants and shops. The 3 bedrooms were very comfortable (each with large King beds and spacious rooms) and private. All bedrooms, including the main living area and kitchen, each came with excellent A/C (very needed for July stay). The pool was very relaxing and scenic. The head of Maintenance (Juan Pablo) was very nice and accommodating. The concierge (JD) was also gracious and excellent, helping us to plan all of our excursions (dune buggy, snorkeling, sunset sailing, and Flora Farms dinner). Overall, and house and the team at Casa Flamingo helped to make our vacation amazing.
