Newly Remodeled Villa In Pedregal 3 master suites over 3000 sq. ft.

This property was perfect for our family of seven. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, each couple had their own area and then a separate little bedroom for our youngest son. If we wanted to go out for the day, the location was easily accessible to the beach, marina, shopping and wonderful restaurants. If we wanted to stay in, we could enjoy the beautiful view, large deck and refreshing infinity pool. The property owner helped us book a fishing trip and the property manager, Fernando, thought of everything we could possibly need, even before we realized we needed it. The service was amazing!!! We will definitely book this place again!

Our group of five adults had a wonderful 10-day stay at Casa Cathleen in March. The villa is spacious, stylish, and perfectly suited for a family or group getaway. We loved the heated pool, the stunning views of downtown Cabo and the marina, and the incredible sunrises and sunsets from the spacious patio—perfect for morning coffee and evening margaritas.The location is great—close to town, though there are steps down to the property and then more steps going down to town. We appreciated the fun little bucket lift for part of the climb back up! We also rented a car and parked at the marina in the evenings, which made coming and going easy.The home had been rented for several months before us, so a few basics were missing (like hair dryers, bedroom lamps, and mirrors), but we let Mike, the owner, know and he was responsive and appreciative of the feedback. We’re confident he’ll continue to improve the guest experience.Fernando, the concierge, was outstanding—helpful, kind, and always available. He helped us with groceries, luggage, and even arranged a beautiful sunset cruise. Mary Lou, the housekeeper, did a great job cleaning every other day.Overall, we had a fantastic time at Casa Cathleen and would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable, scenic retreat in the Pedregal. With a few small updates, it’ll be even better!

Perfect location, great house, amazing host!

This was our second time staying at Casa Cathleen, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, our host Fernando made us feel incredibly welcome. His hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine warmth made our experience feel effortless.The home itself is incredibly spacious, impeccably maintained, and perfect for relaxation. The beds were especially comfortable, making it easy to rest and recharge after long days in the sun.The highlight, of course, is the breathtaking view from the infinity pool. Watching the moon reflect over the ocean, along with the vibrant Cabo San Lucas marina each night is truly unforgettable. We loved everything about our return stay at Casa Cathleen and are already looking forward to the next visit. Thank you, Fernando, for making this such a special getaway—again!
