The home features a private swimming pool, jacuzzi and pool side oasis with outside dining area and BBQ grill. The 3 master suites each contain king-sized bed and private bathroom. Two of the rooms also include day/twin bed. Each suite has spacious closets, fans, and air-conditioning.

Check in was great, Juan was extremely accommodating and made sure we were appraised of all the available amenities. View was amazing and we enjoyed everything as advertised in the listing

This property is exactly as advertised, very clean, spacious, the property manager is extremely helpful and the property is close enough to town to walk. There are four outside areas to take advantage of with one being the wonderful pool area. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

First and foremost, Juan the property manger does an amazing job having the house ready for your arrival.
Juan had groceries, massage appointments, airport transfers organized and even loaned us his personal cooler and speaker. Rooms are cool and comfortable. The living area being separate from the bedrooms allows guests to stay up late or get up early without disturbing other people in your party. Lastly, being just steps out of pedregal to get to the marina and restaurant area is fantastic, no taxis and no pedregal hill climbing.

The house was well suited for our family with adult kids.
Large kitchen, dining and living room with a nice view was perfect for our needs.
It was located close to one of the gated exits and was just a short walk into town.
We had great chefs that cooked for us and the concierge service was very attentive to our requests.
