The Space & Amenities:
• Premium Entertainment: Catch every game and major event! The villa now features complete access to live sports channels, including full NFL and MLB packages, as well as live Pay-Per-View (PPV) shows and much more. Enjoy them in our private theater room or from the comfort of your suite.

Fernando was super helpful and the property was in a fantastic location and absolutely beautiful. The only thing was that there is a 5th bed advertised in the listing as a queen in an office but this does not exist, so the property does not actually sleep 10. You would need to use air mattresses in the living room. Otherwise no complaints!

Absolutely loved our stay here! The house was clean and had everything we could need for our trip. The staff and host were amazing and so helpful with everything we needed. Would recommend staying here to anyone

The location is good. You can walk almost anywhere in downtown Cabo saving a substantial amount of money in uber fees. The house was bare bones. Not many amenities. The master shower was unusable... we took a shower on the main floor because the pressure was so bad. The pool was just OK. If you are going to rent this house it is because you want to be really close to the action. I would not rent if you are used to high end properties. If you are there and plan to use it primarily as a place to stay and head out from there, it is perfect.
