Enjoy ocean, marina, pool, beach and mountain views from your private terrace, unwind by the saltwater pool, or dine outdoors under the shaded patio. Just a 10-minute walk to a beach, downtown and the Marina, this home blends privacy, comfort, and unforgettable Baja scenery.....this is the vacation life!
The Space:
Inside, the villa is a warm and stylish retreat designed for comfort and relaxation. Artistic decor and quality finishes create a welcoming atmosphere, with travertine tile floors, granite countertops, and a fully equipped kitchen for easy home-cooked meals.
Three of the four bedrooms have their own private en-suite full bathrooms, giving guests extra comfort and privacy. The fourth bedroom uses a separate full bathroom located just around the corner, making it easy and convenient to access.
Whether you’re traveling with friends, working remotely, or enjoying a family getaway, the home includes a dedicated workspace in the fourth bedroom, strong Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer, ideal for longer stays.
In the evenings, gather indoors by the gas fireplace or step outside to enjoy the fire pit, pool, hammock, and outdoor dining area while taking in the surrounding views.
Outdoor Living & Views:
The outdoor spaces are designed to fully enjoy Cabo’s lifestyle. Lounge by the private saltwater pool, grill on the BBQ, or relax on the terrace while taking in views of the ocean, beach, marina, valley, garden, pool, mountains, desert, and sea.
With sun loungers, beach essentials, and a fully fenced private yard, this home makes it easy to move between pool days, beach outings, and sunset evenings at home.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire home, excluding the garage, which is reserved for the homeowner’s personal belongings. Four designated parking spaces are available to the left of the home.

Enjoy self-check-in with a keypad, allowing flexible arrival times and a smooth, stress-free check-in experience.
Additional Services:
A dedicated house manager is available to assist with grocery and drink stocking, transportation, private chef services, and in-home massages. Everything is designed to help you settle in quickly and feel at home from day one.
Guests can easily arrange a grocery and drink list at any time using our dedicated house manager. He can also provide transportation, chef services and other amenities like at-home massages.

Great property! Great location (short walk to picketball courts and beach)The villa is clean; well maintained both inside and out. Especially liked the outside area. There are multiple areas to sit and relax. The managing agent responds quickly. Villa Danzeland is a definite 10. Looking forward to returning.

My friends and I had the best time at Danzeland. This property was perfect for our group and was beautiful. The onsite manager Oscar was wonderful to work with and very responsive/helpful with all my questions. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great time at this property! It was great and clean and spacious. Lots of area to hangout at a group. Oscar the property manager was amazing and so helpful. He helped us set up the welcome package and a dinner cooked by chefs at our house. Felt very safe in this neighborhood as it is gated.
