The Space:
Inside, the villa is a warm and stylish retreat designed for comfort and relaxation. Artistic decor and quality finishes create a welcoming atmosphere, with travertine tile floors, granite countertops, and a fully equipped kitchen for easy home-cooked meals.
Three of the four bedrooms have their own private en-suite full bathrooms, giving guests extra comfort and privacy. The fourth bedroom uses a separate full bathroom located just around the corner, making it easy and convenient to access.
Whether you’re traveling with friends, working remotely, or enjoying a family getaway, the home includes a dedicated workspace in the fourth bedroom, strong Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer, ideal for longer stays.
In the evenings, gather indoors by the gas fireplace or step outside to enjoy the fire pit, pool, hammock, and outdoor dining area while taking in the surrounding views.
Outdoor Living & Views:
The outdoor spaces are designed to fully enjoy Cabo’s lifestyle. Lounge by the private saltwater pool, grill on the BBQ, or relax on the terrace while taking in views of the ocean, beach, marina, valley, garden, pool, mountains, desert, and sea.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire home, excluding the garage, which is reserved for the homeowner’s personal belongings. Four designated parking spaces are available to the left of the home.

Additional Services:

Alex was a very communicative host and Oscar, the property manager, helped us arranged groceries and transportation. The villa is beautiful with spectacular views, and we had an amazing trip!

Great property! Great location (short walk to picketball courts and beach)The villa is clean; well maintained both inside and out. Especially liked the outside area. There are multiple areas to sit and relax. The managing agent responds quickly. Villa Danzeland is a definite 10. Looking forward to returning.

My friends and I had the best time at Danzeland. This property was perfect for our group and was beautiful. The onsite manager Oscar was wonderful to work with and very responsive/helpful with all my questions. Would absolutely stay here again!
